All the front desk staff are extremely helpful and take care of your needs, they were very professional and attend you right away. My kids are usually not the calmest but the young lady Dayane was so patient and kind to them & treated them with the upmost care. I switched my three kids to this dentist office after some not so great experiences and I could not be happier. The dentists and hygienist are incredibly friendly, informative and not judgmental at all. I saw other reviews about the women at the front desk. I thought they were professional but not overly friendly which is fine, they are busy. We've never had to wait an unreasonable amount of time (example: I book my kids at 2 and we leave by 3). I would definitely recommend for any mom or dad with any sort of anxiety surrounding the dentist. read more

The front desk staff is extremely rude and if you ask a single question they look at each other and roll their eyes or laugh. I should have known because they were rude over the phone when I made the appointment. Completely unprofessional. The office itself is very dull and boring, not at all child friendly or what id expect from a "pediatric" office. it looked more Iike a waiting area for a nursing home. They don't let you go back with the kids so idk what the other rooms look like. The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is bc the hygienist was a bit more friendly and when she spoke to me about the kids seemed knowledgeable. They don't give prizes to the kids after the visit, not even so much as a new tooth brush! I have to say I have never, even as an adult, not gotten a goody bag with a new toothbrush and floss. Overall not a good experience, I would not recommend this place and we will not be going back. read more

I can not say enough how much I love this dentist office. I have 4 children ages ranging from 3 to 15 and not once have they had a bad experience. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. They don't seem bothered by questions you may have either, which is really great. My initial visit with my children happened back in 2017 after the pediatric dentist I had been using no longer took my insurance. After searching I gave them a try, worried it would be like KoolSmiles. We got there early to do the necessary paperwork and they had them called back before I even had a chance to finish completing the paperwork. X-Rays and cleaning felt like it was just a matter of seconds. I love they offer to get any issues resolved while your there because I do live about an hour away. Just took my daughter to Canton Pediatric Dentistry. Shes 2 and her 1st time at the dentist. We just moved here and I was pretty scared to take her but this place had good reviews. I cannot say enough nice things about them. Everyone from the front desk to the doc (we saw Dr Cox. She's freaking awesome ) were so kind, friendly, and fun! I recommend them to anyone for sure! I believe they have other locations as well. Checkout their website. Totally kid friendly. Even our xray tech was fantastic! And they all work super fast while staying upbeat. This is amazing with a toddler. I swear you would not be disappointed. And we have that dental plan as well. Would not allow me to go back with my 10 year old who was needing one her baby tooth pulled and she was shared and wanted me back there. But against policy, so we left, and finding a doctor that allow a parents to be with there child. read more

The staff and doctors at Canton Pediatric Dentistry did a great job with my 3 year old grandson. Everyone was so friendly and made his dental check-up fun. Quite possibly the worst business of any kind I can ever remember dealing with in any capacity. If you're looking for a competent, well-run, professional dentistry practice for your family, keep looking. The staff at the Canton location is a joke, incapable of processing even the most routine procedures. Don't bother calling them either. They won't answer the phone or return calls. They will, however, continue to send bills on services covered by insurance that they're too lazy to process. I can't run away from this dump fast enough. Save yourselves a lot of trouble; look elsewhere. read more

First off I would like to add that I have been in the dental field for 15 yrs and I have worked in a children's office before. Having all this experience I can accurately say that this office needs to work on how they operate. First we waited for 20 minutes to go in, then they took x-rays of my son which he did NOT need and they had him wait for another 30 min before an assistant cleaned his teeth. After this the dr called me back to let me know that my son needed 6 cavities filled ASAP, which my ability to read a X-rays allowed me to realize that this dr was just after our money. I have since taken my child to another dentist and like I suspected, he only needed 1 little filling. A tooth does not need to cut into if the cavity has not reached the second layer of the tooth (dentin) specially on a baby tooth that is about to come out. After 6 months of having that first office visit I received multiple phone calls from the office saying that I had a balance of $300 that needed to be paid, which after pulling all my records and checking with my insurance company, we realized that the bill was paid 3 weeks after our first visit and that this office was wrong once again. read more

I have 4 kids and I was also trying to get in for my self with the adult dentistry side, but I guess this is my sign to go with someone else. read more

I have been taking my two boys to the office in Canton for the past few years; however, my 14 year old wanted to change dentists offices. He said he wasn't pleased with the atmosphere. He felt that it was geared toward younger patients. I called the office to have his records transfered to a new dentist office and was promply sent a release form to complete. There is a note on the bottom of the realse form that states that there will be a $15 charge to send records!!! I have NEVER been chaged by any doctor to send records. Just know if you ever want to change dentists it will cost you. read more

This is NOT a kid friendly place! No children activities in the waiting room, drab appearance, unfriendly staff. Wait time (in the waiting room) was over an hour. 30 min wait time in the examining room. Total time in the office 2.5 hours. And this was for a second opinion. She needed extensive work done and there was NO follow up. They were supposed to call with an appointment, we ended up calling them after waiting three weeks. From there it went down hill even faster. We set an appointment for first AM for general anesthesia in the Roswell Office. They called several days later and had changed her appt to 1:45 PM. When I informed them that an appointment that late will not work for us, she recommended we go somewhere else. With that, and all of the incompetent treatment we had received thus far, it was easy to walk away. I canceled any further appointments and requested a release of records. We signed the release form to have records sent to another pediatric dentist. When we arrived at the new dentist office two weeks later, the xrays had never been sent. I called this office and was informed they did not have a patient by this name. Then she did, but they didn't take any xrays. Oh, they did take xrays, but I didn't pay for them. By the way, you are scheduled for surgery in Roswell on Monday. Do not take your children here. The staff is competent, the dentists are not kid friendly. read more
