Sarah and Steven made sure that everything ran smoothly. One thing that most impressed me was the prep work; they caulked all cracks and did a fine job masking. As I said earlier, we gave Hunter a run for his money on the final inspection, but they took care of every concern we had - he even found a few things we missed that he wasn't satisfied with. My experience is not what I expected from Costco, Marvin and Lifetime.

There was a slight l miscommunication about whether or not we would get the prices that were quoted if we ordered within a year of the first purchase, or whether they quoted that we'd pick in the discounts. Ultimately they offered us what they quoted (just ensure you have a clear understanding.) The installer is great, efficient, friendly, on time and clean. The windows are great so far. We notice a huge difference in the upstairs bedrooms that previously would be much colder than the rest of the house. It has also reduced the noise. I'd recommend getting a quote!

I have a six year old window that was serviced by them four years after installation and now it has become apparent that there is some serious water damage under the window. However, on the day of repairs I was informed they couldn't do the crown. Ok, we made an agreement to remove that from scope. The remaining work was completed, but wasn't up to standards. Joe, the owner, agreed and we scheduled follow up work. Furthermore, the caulking they did was cracking literally the next day, but was told 'the painters will take care of it.' The siding was cut crooked, putting it in a position where it would be in contact with water. They fixed it. The flashing was installed effectively open to water ingress, but was fixed on a follow up visit.
