However, our pool budget left us about 1000 sf of unfinished space (we have a pretty big backyard). We initially planned on covering that space with decorative rock, but after seeing numerous turf and putting green projects on IG, we knew that would be a way better option for us in the long run. RP Synthetic was top on my list after coming across their IG. I saw that they had 5 star ratings on Google & Yelp and decided to book an estimate with them. I also booked other estimates with a couple other companies, but Rigo was able to book us faster than the others. We had about 9 estimates done for our pool, so we honestly didn't have high expectations that the first turf company would check off everything on our list. Maaaaaan were we wrong. When we met Rigo, we instantly felt comfortable with him. No awkwardness, no weird vibes. When my husband told him what he wanted, Rigo instantly saw his vision. When we asked for his input, he only enhanced our ideas and made it even better. He was well prepared with tools to layout what the design would look like for us, and also brought samples of the turf so we could choose right then and there. In the end, we canceled all our other appointments for estimates and went with Rigo. No regrets and his service exceeded our expectations. He never ghosted us, always responded to text messages and phone calls, and when he said he would be at our house between 8-8:30, he was there ready to go with his team. Everyone was so nice and they always did a solid clean up before they left. But most important of all, it was the small things they took care of that we didn't think of mentioning. After reading their excellent Yelp reviews, I contacted them to get an estimate for upgrading my pool deck. Jay came out, thoroughly inspected my existing concrete, and instead of trying to sell me the most expensive option, he told me my concrete was in great condition. He recommended an epoxy pebble overlay that would give me the look I wanted for about half the cost of replacing everything. That level of honesty and integrity is rare. He could have easily recommended a much more expensive project, but instead he put my best interests first. Whether or not I ended up using their services, I wanted to recognize a company that values honesty over making a bigger sale. That kind of professionalism says a lot about their character, and I truly appreciate it.

We repeatedly had to correct mistakes, including receiving the wrong brick samples, incorrect materials being delivered, and the crew not following the agreed-upon design. We had to stop the project multiple times to prevent errors, and even had to purchase our own drain covers because they weren't included. After the project was completed, we noticed several quality issues, including loose artificial turf, visible turf seams ( I say this because 1 particular seem look horrible), and rough-looking paver cuts in some areas. We were promised these issues would be repaired after speaking with Steven(project manager) and Nick(owner), but more than two months later, we're still waiting. The biggest issue involved our $4,000 down payment. We were instructed to send it via Zelle before the project was completed, but Jason never informed Oasis's financing department, so the financing company charged us for the full project amount. We had to resolve the issue ourselves, despite being told the company would take care of it. The finished yard looks okay, but the amount of miscommunication, money, mistakes, and lack of follow-through made this project far more stressful than it should have been. We had originally planned to hire Oasis again for our backyard project next month, but after this experience, we'll be using another company instead. I also later learned that Jason is no longer with Oasis after he contacted me through social media saying he is with a new company who can do the work cheaper than Oasis. Regardless of the reason for his departure, our experience with Oasis fell well short of our expectations. I can't recommend this company. Several neighbors have asked who completed our front yard because they liked the overall appearance, but based on our experience, I encouraged them to look elsewhere.
