Came on time to start the quote process and we were pleasantly surprised when he said the installation time for 2200 Sq ft would be 2 days compared to 5-7 days time that we got from other vendors. The guys arrived right on time and were extremely professional. One of the things that they do differently is that they take no more than 1-2 jobs at a time and that way they are able to complete it within the promised time. The 1st day around 10 guys arrived and by the time the day ended they were done with cleaning up, weeding, and in fact laid out the turf. Their approach to work is very systematic, and it was no surprise they completed the job by 12pm the next day. 1/2 day before they promised !! They take great care to clean up the job thoroughly and double check to make sure they haven't missed out anything. The end product came out very beautiful and in fact we had neighbors and others drive around the house asking us for their reference, which, we were glad to provide. Chris was a delight to work with and we could not be more happy. Highly recommend this local business to anyone who would like to go with Turf.

All of a sudden it was my fault for moisture causing this! There is no sprinkler hitting in that area. The only thing I can think of is the heavy rain that hit the area a few weeks back. I was told to mix white vinegar and water which I did twice. The film is still present. I should have been told this would happen if there was a rain storm coming but was not informed! Ask them about this happening before you hire them!

However, our pool budget left us about 1000 sf of unfinished space (we have a pretty big backyard). We initially planned on covering that space with decorative rock, but after seeing numerous turf and putting green projects on IG, we knew that would be a way better option for us in the long run. RP Synthetic was top on my list after coming across their IG. I saw that they had 5 star ratings on Google & Yelp and decided to book an estimate with them. I also booked other estimates with a couple other companies, but Rigo was able to book us faster than the others. We had about 9 estimates done for our pool, so we honestly didn't have high expectations that the first turf company would check off everything on our list. Maaaaaan were we wrong. When we met Rigo, we instantly felt comfortable with him. No awkwardness, no weird vibes. When my husband told him what he wanted, Rigo instantly saw his vision. When we asked for his input, he only enhanced our ideas and made it even better. He was well prepared with tools to layout what the design would look like for us, and also brought samples of the turf so we could choose right then and there. We had a small job done back in March for our backyard. After meeting with and chatting with other…read morecompanies we decided to try Elite. Quality: 3.5 starsish....we were content with the work done in our yard. The only reason why I didn't give 5 stars: 1. They cut too many cuts into our turf (and yes you can kind of see them). 2. We had to ask for them to come back to fix some ripples in the turf as it was not stretched to look flat. They hammered huge hooks into it. Still didn't look flat and sturdy. You can see the turf move when you step on it (like a rug moving when you slide a chair over it). 3. The curved part of the turf was also not completed cleanly... they had to come back and ended up cutting into the large piece to add a small piece. 4. Another issue: the underlayment for the plants i had planted wasn't done correctly. Weeds came through not even 3 weeks later as if there wasn't anything put down. Overall it was a 3.5 job but I rounded up because the owner was nice enough to come back and attempt to fix things. I'll keep everyone posted as time goes by.

The estimate appointment was very easy to set up and during Daniel went over with me in detail what I had envisioned and how he could make it a reality. After getting an estimate from 15+ vendors, Daniel was one of the very few who I feel gave me a fair price for the work. He wrote up a contract which detailed every step his team would take to complete the job and gave roughly 1 month to do the complete backyard renovation despite hazardous working conditions with the summer heat. His team went above and beyond, completing every task professionally and with a high quality that left me very satisfied with the work done. They were knowledgeable, able to work on a variety of tasks from concrete work, to irrigation, to electrical, to overall general contracting and landscaping.
