10 fingers charge???Long Nails charge?Shape charge???Really? No other place charges this

Just took my 10 year old and 15 year old for some nails,my 10 year old was charged 40$ for non chip manicure +design(2 bows to be exact),my 15 year old got powder nails, and was charged extra for coffin shape$5,Long nails$5,smile line french $15,and 10 Fingers &15(whatever this fake charge is)!!!!Total $135 for tiny little girls nails and just regular, basic powder with tons of extra and fake charges(10 fingers $15)Be aware of this scammers!!!!Never ever going back!Their excuse was that every other salon charge the same,BS,every other salon would tell you, this is the cost of the nails upfront, and not put other fake charges (like 10 nails $15,shape and length charge etc.Bad review rather than satisfied customer who would like to return, ever!

Upon the recommendation of a friend, I tried this nail salon for the first time today. I called earlier in the day to schedule my appointment and was serviced as soon as I walked in. I had a great experience with Leona and I'm pleased with my nails. And I'm not just saying that because they serve margaritas, but that's definitely a bonus!

    My finger with chipped polish.

My nails were done yesterday with no chip for Xmas, today is Xmas eve and they have chipped already. In addition my grand daughter got Xmas stickers on her nails and they too had come off before she even got to take a shower. The customer service from the nail techs are very unprofessional. She had an attitude and truly do not understand the concept that when a person is spending their money they are always right. This was a first time for me and I nor anyone I know will return there for any service. Now we are forced to keep our hands from showing in any holiday pictures.

First of all, I would like to say that I am BIG on my nails. It's really the only self care that I can get to with my busy job. I came in earlier today for an overlay and pedi. Kyle or Tony usually do my nails, I had a lady this time do my nails that was not the owner (the one that sits closer to the door). At the end of my service my nails were $125!! I have never in my 30 years of life paid that much for my nails. I don't have a problem with paying but it's the nickel and dime every thing you get in here. My pedicure was $30 (which I knew about), the overlay by itself was $50, they charged me $10 for "nail soak off" even tho I had an overlay dip previously, $5 for nail shape even though my nails were already square when I walked in (when I asked her about this she said my nails were wide lol), $5 for long nails even though these are MY NATURAL NAILS (I have attached a picture). Why are they charging length for nails when I never asked for an additional nail tip and these are my nails?! I still have $35 left from my equation and I guess my 4 nails that have designs on them equals $35. Which is a very simple design. Just when you don't think it got worse, it did. The lady (the owner that sits closer to the door) insulted me by saying "I don't get my nails done here anyway" meaning I'm not a consistent customer. SHES RIGHT. I don't live close and I love how pretty my nails look each and every time so I don't mind the drive but that was tasteless to say in front of other customers. She also said I "always have an issue and I should go somewhere else" (I usually get designs so there is always some extra communication with me being an artist myself) I have been supporting this nail shop since it opened in July 2020 (yes opened during the pandemic). I've been supporting this nail shop so much I tell my male friends to come here and get their pedicures and they all do! I have never been so disrespected in my life. $125 nails and when she realized I wasn't tipping she slammed the cash register door. I feel sorry for Kyle cuz he did my pedicure today, I didn't get a chance to tip him because of his coworkers. Your nails will be pretty here, they all do a nice job but the customer service here is terrible. I can't believe this happened today and now I have to find a new nail home. Pissed is an understatement!! Update: hours later and I'm noticing so many nicks around my nail bed

    What I asked for

I feel like I've been gotten. My tech phill (who was very nice by the way) asked Angela (12) for assistance and she ruined my service. Than was very rude after, yelling & pointing at me at refused to give me her name. I am leaving out of town and I was visibly upset of the way my nails turned out and asked if the sticker price can be taken off because this is not what I asked for.

Im hard to make me happy and they did it. Been to many nail salons and I will be back here. Friendly, clean and new! Got the deluxe pedicure and it didnt disappoint. Great massage and nail cleaning. Nice selection of colors. Chairs are new and they offer drinks too. I will be back again for a mani pedi.

I really didn't want to do this, but this is my second bad experience with this place. The first time I let it go because the nail tech was very nice. This second time, the nail tech was also nice but I felt taken advantage of. The price gauging that is done here is very unethical. I came in for a no chip full set. I had bare nails. I had a design in mind and showed them it. They told me that I should do a powder because it was the same price and that no body does gel anymore. I said that was fine. I was in a time crunch and I had already waited a while before I was helped. I was told that my nails would be $85. I was charged $55 as the base price, +$5 to shape them even though the set was the basic short square shape, +$20 for the design (the flower stickers) and another $5 for french tip. My nail tech made a comment about knowing the event I was going to as soon as I sat down which just made me feel like they were doing this knowing I was in a rush and had an event to go to. Will definitely not be returning. Below is a picture of the work. Two stars because the work is okay.

It was extremely crowded for a weekday morning, but I decided to wait. A male nail tech greeted me and said the wait would be about 25 minutes. I picked the colors I preferred and took a seat. The wait was about 30 minutes, just like I was told. The front area of the salon felt cramped because it was so crowded, but it was reasonably comfortable and quiet. Most of the customers appeared to be middle-aged housewife types and/or college-aged kids. All the nail techs were polite, but most of them didn't seem eager to engage with customers, which is fine. Anyway, the male tech that initially greeted me eventually told me I could go to the back. A sweet young lady ended up working with me. I don't recall her name, but she appeared to be younger. She did a nice job on my nails. She did my pedicure first, and when it was time to do my manicure, we couldn't find the color I'd selected. Someone had picked it up and walked off with it, so I ended up having to pick another color. The nail tools that were used were sterilized, and the salon appeared to be clean. The manicure and pedicure cost $55, which is fairly reasonable. I didn't have any cash on me, so I was able to tip my nail tech via Zelle. I tip generously when the service is good, so I sent her $20. The young lady took her time, and the service didn't feel rushed, which was appreciated. I'd definitely return to TLC Nails in the future.

I have had this done before with the nails its the whole concept if getting them. Brought this up to the mgr he at 1st seemed shocked but then decided to favor technician. I asked GROK this is their reply: , Gel X gel and Gel X nai ls are not exactly the same, though they are closely related as part of the same nail enhancement system. Gel-X (often stylized this way) is a popular soft gel nail extension system developed by Aprés Nail. The "Gel X nails" refer to the finished nail extensions: pre-formed, full-coverage tips made from 100% soft gel that are applied to your natural nails to create length, shape, and strength. These tips are lightweight, flexible, and designed to mimic natural nails, offering an alternative to acrylics or hard gel without the bulk or damage.0435b8 They are adhered using a specific process involving prep products like pH bonder and then cured under a UV/LED lamp.233391aeecdb On the other hand, "Gel X gel" typically refers to the gel products used within this system, such as the Extend Gel (a soak-off adhesive gel applied to bond the tips to your nails) or the soft gel material that the tips themselves are made from.b641d9c8718b It's not a standalone term for a different type of gel polish or manicure--it's a component of the Gel-X process. In essence, the gel enables the application and durability of the Gel-X nails, but the nails themselves are the end result. If you're referring to something else (like a specific brand or product variation), feel free to clarify for more details! I definitely will not be going back! Too lazy to do the job properly!

She grabbed the tech who made the mistake, and she apologized while running out to get medicine to help. After waiting for 30 minutes, I left. The owner actually tried to make me pay, as customers were asking if I was going to be ok! HE didn't give 1 ounce of care or take accountability for his technician's mistake.
