Probably one of the best experiences we had is that they built their templates on a Thursday and were delivering countertops on a Monday. In other words, they were fast. One other thing we liked is that after installation, we wanted a change to the backsplash they made for us. Even though it was a change we instigated, they didn't charge us for that. They had at least 20 safes from all sizes and prices. From the time I walked in the store until I departed, I was there no more than 15-20 minutes. They will deliver your safe quickly as in within a day or two. The 2 gentlemen who delivered my safe were very professional and courteous. They did a great job of moving it into my house.
