But the true X-Factor IMO is the staff and how well they treat their customers, I am not what some would call a regular but I have been shopping with them soft the last few years and I am always greeted with a smile and asked if I'm looking for anything specific, and if there is anything they can help find for me. I gave them the PSP in the end of June. They told me it should be 1-2 weeks, which is fine. I come to pick it up, they tell me it's on our desk next to be repaired, told me to come back in 3 days. I come back and they tell me the same exact thing. I'm now in August and feel like I'm getting played. When I mentioned that my son and I would like to play, he said no problem. Then after a minute he sayid, "sorry there is only one keyboard that works." So out of 22 PCs, only one works? Why would the store even be open? So I got the pleasure of just watching my son play. If he wasn't so excited to play, we would have left in a heartbeat.

Keep in mind they sell what they get so they might not have every game but I got four N64 games I really wanted! During my visit I saw, Sega Genisis, SNES, N64, PS1, Dreamcast consoles and more! And yeah maybe I paid a few extra dollars on some things but it supports local business and hopefully keeps brick and mortar stores like this around much longer. Sometimes you don't know what you have till it's gone people. Ken the manager was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, and nice! Comparing their prices to Amazon or EBay, they seem to be right in line as far was what they're charging. In many cases actually charging less. Give this place a look!
