I moved in 2022, and they are trying to tell me that my deposit was allocated for fees rather than what it is required for. When Nancy Ledford was the manager, this place was inmaculate. Today, there is always dog poop everywhere; they don't clean the pool area even though they charge for every single facility in the complex. The new crew is out to screw tenants out of their deposit money, dishonest and rude to say the least. I have recently transferred to a different apartment same location, and they are charging for the transfer $500.00 and another $700.00 for the deposit. I have a deposit from my previous location for $750.00, which they are trying to keep most of my money. I don't think you want to contemplate living here. I will not suggest it. I am here because I have an eye condition and cannot move out at the moment.

This place is by far and away the WORST apartment complex I have ever had the misfortune to live in. Sometimes you need a pros/cons list to really drive the point home, so lets do it. Pros: The view The location Maintenance guys are cool Cons: Noise. You want to develop some full-blown schizophrenia? Live here!!! You will hear EVERY sound. Every step from your neighbor, every bark from their dog, every cry from their kid. I weather stripped my doors to minimize sound and it accomplished nothing. I have been woken up after 2 am more than 20 times (I stopped counting at 20). As I type this, I can hear the cars outside, my neighbor above me stomping, and my neighbor's kids across screaming. I had to buy a $150 noise-cancelling wireless headset for some sanity, and I STILL hear my neighbors. Absolute auditory purgatory. Price. I could've lived in some run down ghetto somewhere else in the state and had better value. Unbelievable waste of money. Oh, and the fine print on the contract? Yeah read that, if you pay your rent late 1 time you will owe them $500+ extra per month the rest of your contract. Didn't happen to me because I saw it, but fair warning. Construction. The place where my wall meets the floor has detached in almost my entire living room/hallway. Everything feels old and outdated except the counters. Guess what that means? Bugs!! I used electrical tape to cover the gaps to eliminate the infestation, and for the price this is straight up offensive. Flooring. The hardwood has the quality of abandoned 90s wood thrown out the back of a factory. The "carpet"? Might as well be hardwood too because its not comfortable, warm, or soft. All in all, I severely regret living here. I'm financially worse off with no distinct luxuries to have backed it up, and the next apartment I am moving into is the -exact opposite- of this place in every single way. Maybe if you can get a top floor it -might- be worth it, as for me, it was the worst living experience of my life, and I would not recommend this complex to anybody.

They are taking away your property without any notice even and when you are asking to get it back they just kick you out with words- it's business decision! But if your AC will be broken when it over 80F outside, they will fix it "immediately"... like in a month. They also don't care about broken equipment in the gym, broken hot tubs for the last two years, they never ever cleaned their vents and your ceiling will have dirty black spots by air vents, but they really care about forgotten by kids toys on the grass! You also will not be able to park your trailer on the additional big parking lot that always empty and you can't keep your bike or scooter under stairs during summer. Actually your kids even can't ride their bike on the territory of these apartments. Also they can't draw with chalks on a sidewalk. I'm really happy to move out of here! I never met so disrespectful people like these! And a message to the owner- this was the biggest mistake to hire Jessica for this job, she will not bring new residents to this place, she will make it even worse!!!!

Oh boy. To be fair, the actual apartments are very nice. They are spacious and have great storage…read moreroom. The community area is pretty and feels like you can walk around with ease. Now to the stuff they wont show or tell you in the leasing office. The rules here are strict, the amenities are constantly being turned off and back on (might as well flip a coin on whether the hot tub will work at any given time), and the staff express very little care. They will make it seem like they do- think President Snow from the Hunger Games smelling like roses but only to really cover the extent of his sickness. Pretty much any concern I brought in was met with the basic premise of, in the words of Gigi Goode, "I understand your concern but I do not share the same concern." For example they gave notice of road work and because I did not move my car in time it got towed to another part of the lot. Fine, I get it. They stated in the email a specific price for it (happy to pay). Later, they changed the price in a different email with no explanation. I had to fight to understand why it was changed. When I went to the office and pointed out the contradiction and email exchanges about differing statements of cost they said, and im not exaggerating, "You wouldnt be having this problem if you didnt get towed." Okay?? I didnt mind paying the initial COST (not estimate) given but why cant the change in cost be acknowledged as misleading? I recently moved out and after leaving we were given the final estimate costs. Oof. We are being charged $410 dollars for repairs/ cleaning. I had to call twice and my roommate once before they finally sent an email with pictures. Listen, I dont mind paying for some damages- you put something up here and there and chip paint. Normal. We were charged $175 for paint alone and told, "As for the paint charge we had to paint nearly every wall in the apartment." I was literally squinting at the pictures they sent to understand what damages they were talking about. I will attach photos they sent to me so dust off your reading glasses to see for yourselves. Again, I dont mind paying for damages- there really are some things that were put up that require a little painting. But $175 is ridiculous and I was greeted with this lovely retort when asking about the paint costs: "If we were to have hired a professional to come paint your apartment it would have been nearly $600." Anyway, nice rooms and spacious living but clutch your purses and dont touch the walls if you decide to live here.

I am here to update the review I gave on 8/18/24…read more I am happy to report that things have changed. After my review, the manager called me to let me know she had seen my review. She hadn't been the manager of this property long but she was looking to make improvements. I was glad for this as I felt like someone was listening. They hired a new maintenance supervisor by the name of JV. He's gold. And he really seems to care about the place. Pet waste receptacles always have bags and are emptied regularly. He keeps the trash off the ground and the place is looking amazing. In a nutshell - he CARES about the place. When I call in a maintenance request, there is now a follow-up call from management to ask if the work was satisfactory and if I was happy. Everything that was broken has been fixed. They had someone come out and spray my place so that was addressed as well. The Dwelo had stopped working and the manager pushed the vendor until a replacement was sent and everything was up and running. With all the changes, I absolutely love my apartment and will be her for a while. Giving them 5 stars now!

Internet is extremely slow. Questionable deposit practices. Things to know: add about $250 to advertised price on your monthly budget, shared utilities consistently $120-$180 and internet $125. You get 1 covered parking for $30. Couple NO PETS and a toddler, lived in unit less than 9 months and they kept $800 deposit ($400 to repaint) and still want an extra $70. Normal wear and tear did not call for repainting. Walls were the same as when we moved in, never any decor or anything to damage paint. Not sure about previous tenants cleaning fee seeing as the unit was scarcely cleaned upon move in, dust on all fixtures and doorways, window sills, greasy kitchen vent and the carpet had been ripped up by previous tenant or their pets, hair all over the carpet, dents in refrigerator. We moved out of state before being able to do a walk through so maybe we where an easy target.

When I moved out I deep cleaned everything and it was 100% better than when I moved in. Like deep deep cleaned. Oven, fridge, baseboards, floor. They still charged 75 for paint touch up, 45 dollars for carpet clean, (there is 10 square feet in a 1 bedroom apartment) and 150 for full cleaning which I know they didn't do any of those items. We even have our pet pig Luna and they adore her and all animals are welcome! We have pool parties, game nights, jacuzzi nights, and all go to the garages to hang out and catch up daily don't plan on leaving anytime soon and we will most likely renew our lease next year
