I called around 8:30 a.m. this morning to establish care for my two French Bulldogs and was told that they were accepting new patients but it would be a month out. The receptionist began collecting my information to create patient charts, discussed scheduling appointments for June, and was in the process of preparing the required $40 per pet appointment hold fee when the call was disconnected. When I called back later, a different receptionist informed me that the clinic was not accepting new patients and that I would not be able to establish care there. When I explained that another staff member had literally begun the intake process and was preparing to collect payment for appointments, I was simply told, "I don't know, but we're not taking new patients." The complete lack of communication and consistency was incredibly frustrating. Based on the glowing reviews, I expected a much more professional and organized experience. While I cannot speak to the quality of the veterinary care itself, the customer service and handling of front-office communication left a very poor first impression.

Even though the Dr and staff saw my pup for a short time they showed so much compassion. It is obvious how much they care for their patients and their "parents". My cat was sick and I obviously answered any questions to give the veterinarian an idea of what was wrong with him. When I tell you she wasn't in that room for more than a minute, I wish I were exaggerating. She looked into my cat's mouth for maybe 10 seconds and decided $675 worth of medications and treatments was needed. I would have probably been ok with paying that amount if I genuinely felt like she cared about my cat's health and wanted to help him. I then tried to see if I could get any of the medications without the $235 bloodwork. At least the fever reducer. The vet veterinarian said no. The bloodwork was then dropped down to $165 to send the test out to a 3rd party instead of in-house. I left this place unsatisfied with their service and luckily I already had another appointment lined up for my boy and he is doing much better.

Instead of putting your dog and your family through the stresses of a veterinary office definitely give A Peaceful Process a call. You can schedule your appointment online and the will work with your schedule.
