I hired this company for a move-out cleaning of my 2-bedroom, 2-bath apartment at a quoted rate of $550. From the start, their lack of professionalism was apparent.
1. Late Arrival & Excuses: They were scheduled to arrive at 8:30 AM but only notified me at the exact time that they'd be late due to cleaning another place late the night before. They didn't show up until 10 AM, despite knowing I had taken time off work to be there. When I asked about compensation for the inconvenience, they suddenly mentioned waiving a "last-minute booking fee" - a charge I was never informed about until it was convenient for them.
2. Incomplete & Poor Cleaning: When I returned at 3 PM, the apartment was not properly cleaned despite being completely empty. Some of the worst issues included:
* Kitchen drawers left untouched, still containing items.
* Guest bathroom tub & washer/dryer covered in hair and dust.
* Master shower left soaking wet with no attempt to dry it.
* Floors still dirty--my feet were black just from walking around.
* Sliding doors, window sills, and vents still filled with dirt and debris.
* Microwave left filthy with chunks of food, including a piece of pizza.
* Washer & dryer surfaces untouched--covered in dust and grime.
3. False Promises & Ghosting:
* I still paid them $550 in cash plus a $50 tip, trusting their promise to return Monday at 9:30 AM for a touch-up.
* Over the weekend, I found even more areas they had missed and messaged the owner. Instead of taking accountability, she responded with excuses and an attitude, claiming I was "overreacting."
* On Monday morning, I texted two hours before the appointment with a list of areas needing attention. No response.
* 9:50 AM: Texted again--no response.
* Called twice--no answer.
* They never showed up, never responded, and completely ghosted me.
4. Scam-Level Service & Unprofessionalism:
This business is not experienced, not professional, and absolutely not worth your money. The owner is rude, dismissive, and unaccountable. If you want to waste your time and money on a half-done cleaning job with horrible customer service, then book them. Otherwise, stay far away.
I paid $600 for nothing and had to clean my apartment myself after they left. This was a complete scam. Avoid at all costs.
THIS WAS NOT A POST CONSTRUCTION CLEAN. There was minor droplets of paint on the floor that they agreed to clean. if they felt that cleaning the paint would be too much to cover and cause them to neglect other areas that were necessary to be clean for a move out clean, they should have communicated that to me ahead of time and then I would've agreed or disagree to either pay more or for them to not clean up the paint, instead that was not communicated. It was only stated after I expressed that I was dissatisfied with the work that they did . Mind you there was still paint on the floor afterwards anyway that I had to clean myself including the other areas they missed.
again every time I found a fault in their work they justified it with whatever excuse that they could find. after posting this review from the owner basically telling me that she was going to give me a partial refund, but then she went on yelp and saw this review. after going back-and-forth, I explained to her that it's clear we are never going to see eye and if she can give me a half refund, she said that she did not feel that I deserved half a refund so I told her OK send me whatever the partial refund is that you were going to send and we can be done with this. She then LAUGHED AT MY MESSAGE and never refunded me. They were even sent videos and pictures of the home prior to showing up.
Unfortunately I didn't take a lot of photos there was much more missed but that's because I didn't plan on making a review if they came and fixed everything. None of this is malicious it's just to warn others. I paid them and TIPPED them in good faith and ended up getting burned in the end.
