We ordered three double leis as well as three single layered Leis. The colors were absolutely gorgeous. Our son got a double blue lei that was spectacular. Everybody noticed that. His girlfriend wore a stunning blue lei that was also double with small carnations going through it. We also got another double lei that had patches of white and blew through it. The single leis were gorgeous purple. Everything was just gorgeous and for the quality of what we got, the prices are more than reasonable. We would not recommend anywhere else to go for celebratory Leis! This place knows how to do it and they do it right! The service is incredibly friendly and very helpful. Nice little spot, I didn't even notice they were here. I've been to Aloha Kitchen a few times next door too. I found this place on tiktok but they said they had pies. I didn't see any. They do have an assortment of snacks, food to cook at home, shoyu etc. On the other side they have clothing and bags from Hawaii. I felt like I was back there that I wanted to buy everything. I just told myself, stay calm and pace yourself lol. You'll be back soon enough... I couldn't leave without buying the vienna sausage that I grew up with iykyk.. The lei I received was horrible. It was supposed to be a double lei which, according to industry standards is 100 to 150 orchids. The lei I received had 75 orchids. There were also supposed to be red roses and what I received had small dead rose buds. The lei looked days old and was nothing I could present as a gift. It was also sent in a plastic bag and not a hard clam shell. I have emailed them three times and sent pictures. I called them as well and was told they would "review" the pictures and get back to me. The woman was rude and unapologetic. She could have cared less. Have not heard a word back in two weeks. I ended up having to find a lei on graduation day from a local florist and spent another $75. read more

Over two months before UNLV's spring 2025 commencement, I placed an order for 2 leis. One was supposed to be white with red roses. Less than 24 hours before delivery, I received a phone call telling me that they did not receive red roses, so they would need to replace them with white roses. Then, upon delivery, the lei was so bad that I immediately called customer service. They asked me to send photos, which I did within 5 minutes. It is 48 hours later and I received zero reply. You can see the horrible condition of the flowers in the photos and video. The quality is bad enough, but I would have hoped that any florist would have immediately sent a replacement and apology. Not Leilani's- they could care less. I would not recommend this florist, nor will I ever be using them again. read more

What a terrific service. My family in Las Vegas needed leis for graduation and if youre from Hawaii, you know that's the whole entire vibe. I usually send them leis and pay the ridiculous shipping, cause everyone who buys leis from Hawaii knows, you need it fresh and the fastest delivery is 2 days (costing 1 arm and another leg). I was on vacation, so I didn't have enough time to take care of the details and ensure that the graduates special day would be filled with beautiful floral memories, a tradition that Keeps Hawaii unique. This is based solely on customer services so far: I placed an order for loose orchid blooms to make a couple of leis, hairpiece, corsages and boutonnieres for my hula sister's wedding. We completely forgot to count the grandmother of the groom and needed to add more loose blooms to the order. I emailed to add boxes to my existing order rather than placing new order - in my head and having retail/customer service background my biggest fear was my original order being canceled in place of the new order. Aunty reached out the next day to confirm my existing order number and graciously added the 2 additional boxes. I just received my tracking number this morning and cannot wait to see the blooms when they arrive tomorrow. I ordered a lei for my graduate and originally put the order in online. I accidentally put in the wrong date (by one day) and called to change my pick up date. Customer service was amazing and there was no issue. The lei was absolutely stunning and smelled so good. It lasted the entire evening, per school rules no flowers were allowed until after the ceremony and the lei lasted beautifully in the car. I placed an order at Leilani's 2 1/2 weeks before I needed it. They called me the day before pick up and told me that some my flowers are wilted and will not look good so I asked her if there's anyway for a compensation being that now, I have to select something that I really didn't want and I didn't have much choices. Her choices to me. Was you take what I have to give you or you take a refund and again this is speaking to the manager. She was very rude, not customer friendly, and I recommend anybody looking for lays for their families loved ones do not go to this place. I'm a firm believer one an is establishment is wrong that it's their responsibility to make it better. I would've been fine with just five dollars off the order. I'm very easy-going but for her to tell me your options are to pick the flower that I'm offering you or your refund . bare minimum she could've given me an upgrade or something else that could've been a little bit better. I was so disappointed as I had pre-ordered a lei for graduation for my grandson over a month before the event. The day before it was to arrive I received a call from Leilani's telling me FedEx does not deliver to my zip code on Saturdays. I then asked if they could get it to me that same day and was told no. I asked why they were just now finding out it could not be delivered on the day they had offered online and was told they only check orders when they are ready to ship. I was asked for an alternate address to ship to and gave them 2 other options but apparently FedEx would not deliver to either on a Saturday also. I am upset because they should be aware of which days deliveries can be made in any area before offering that date to a consumer. My grandson went without a lei that day. It has been a long standing tradition for us of Hawaiian heritage for graduations. Unfortunately there were no local options for us. This business needs to get their sh** together. read more

I was told that I would be receiving a refund on my order since it was delayed and did not arrive on time. It came a day too late, and by then the event the leis were ordered for was over. In addition to that, by the time they arrived the tuberoses were already brown and dead, the order was short the dahlia orchid spiral lei, and the cigar lei I received looked nothing like that pictured/ordered (the one received used filler kukui nuts and tea leaves to take up space). Lei issues aside, I was told over the phone that since my order would not arrive on time for the event they were ordered for I would be receiving a refund. After a month of my asking for a status update on the refund, Leilani's solution was to issue a refund of $100 on an order which totaled $273.06? In my opinion, the issue between their business and FedEx has nothing to do with me. I placed an order in good faith that they would be able to deliver the items purchased on time and in full. Not only did they come a whole day late (missing the ceremony they were ordered for and arriving dead or dying), but I was shorted a $60 Dahlia Orchid Spiral Lei entirely. Leilani's accepted my order and my required delivery date when I placed the order. As such, the burden was on them to fulfill that order and deadline. It's not my fault they or FedEx couldn't uphold that promise. As such, their refund of $100 is wholly unacceptable. I was told that I would be refunded for my order, not that I would receive a partial refund (less than half). My experience with this company is a missed delivery, missing items, poor condition of items received, and a total lack of customer support. You've been warned. Take your business elsewhere. This company does not value you as a customer. I'm out $163 on an order they couldn't fulfill and they couldn't care less. In my opinion, customers should not be penalized for a company's business practices. I tried to address my concerns with this vendor on multiple occasions, both over the phone and online.
