Just had Lateral come out to fix a clog. It appeared we had a major problem. I called on a Monday…read moreand they came out right at 8 the next day. Edward the tech was very knowledgeable, and easy going to talk to. Edward did everything he could to solve our problem, including going through our sewer pipe. He quoted us $1,400 . A lot of Money for us and said the owner would be in touch with us to go over the estimate, that was 8 days ago. I've tried call the company and the voicemail box is full. The camera that determined we needed $1,400 could not go past one part in our sewer line. It was determined the pipe might be collapsed. Something much more dire than a root going through. But again, Edward said the owner would be in touch to go over this. Since I never heard back from the owner, we got a second opinion. The second opinion determined this wasn't a collapsed pipe, no blockage. The difference I could see is the camera Lateral used. The other company's camera was better suited for the sewer pipe. We really really liked Edward! However I would NOT recommend the company based on the non interactions with the owner

Most of the work was contracted out & I encountered many unexperienced B-line employees. I showed up to find a clueless employee laying tile, incorrect lighting being installed despite documented plans, and no one on site often. I have never experienced gas lighting like this before... and don't be fooled to believe an interior designer strategically helps make decisions.. Just be prepared to have to babysit and check the work 3x over.

We chose Blyss after meeting Danyelle Hall, who - with her car full of every sample - walked us through all the various siding and window options available, the relative costs and potential installation issues with each choice and - overall - just seemed to know and so easily communicate all the information we needed to make the decisions we had to make. That whole process was a pleasure, especially in light of the MANY iterative changes I introduced to the mix before construction actually started. We were super impressed with the construction crew whose attention to detail in all matters was very comforting. Extremely focused and efficient, and all areas of the property were cleaned of every last nail before each long work day ended. Both Danyelle and project manager Nazar were always available to resolve any design questions that came up along the way. And I had quite a few. Politely requested some level of reimbursement or help since my issue was not fixed and representative balked and was rude. I highly do not recommend this company. First time / last time.
