Had some free time to kill one day and I came here with my best friend. She had found this place and really needed a massage so she was really more excited for a massage than I was at first. I had never gotten a full body and foot massage before and so I didn't really know what to expect. I would like to say I had such a awkward time with getting prepared because there was barely any instructions or dialogue besides my masseuse Wendy telling me to "Take off clothes" and I wasn't sure where to put it. And "get on table" repeatedly when I was asking where do I put my clothes lol. Also I have seen and assumed they would keep you covered with the sheet but I felt super exposed in all areas while getting the massage. My friend even mentioned she seen my breast multiple times (we were in the same room). Other than the awkwardness, I would like to say the massage was AMAZING. I have so many knots and Wendy definitely took her time trying to work on it. If you plan on getting a massage and can get past the over exposure, I recommend requesting Wendy. Very BAD experience. It was my first time here and I got the 2 hour combo massage package. Receptionist did not explain what kinds of massage they have and made me pay before I got in. The 2 hours consisted of a lot of pushing and pinching. I wish I remembered the masseuse's name. She was not gentle at all, she lifted my arm to reposition and just dropped it, same way for my legs. She repeated the same strokes without asking where my stress was. I wanted to up and leave after the 1st hour BUT I was really stressed and needed the massage. This is the good part. After the session I was given a bottled water which was good. When i came out from the bathroom my masseuse was standing right outside and said "can you tip me?." I said sure since I normally tip my masseuse anyway. So she escorted me to the front so I can add the tip to the card transaction and I was writing down my tip the receptionist and her said they have a minimum $10 tip and the masseuse lady told me to give her $20 because I had a 2 hour massage. I was appalled. I have been getting massages from different places over the past 10 years and this is the first time I was ever asked for a certain amount of tip ALSO it's the first time I was massaged the way she did. If I could give negative star I would. First of all, this is not my first time coming here and I've gotten pretty good massage here before. Today, I got a massage with my friends and the lady who did mine sucked. After 10 minutes into the massage she proceeded to massage my legs for 30 minutes she was on her phone while sitting down beside me and kept putting oil on my thighs... and wasn't paying attention and kept hitting my crotch.. on top of this she turned on the fan towards me because I guess she's hot from doing no work. I was freezing the entire time because of the lotion she kept putting on me. At the very end, they demanded to be tipped 10 bucks for a full body massage. I wouldn't have mind tipping that much but for a good massage. My biggest fear was she was taking a video of me because my butt naked ass was literally below her cellphone. This was unacceptable. After reading the two reviews on yelp, I decided to give this place a try! We dropped of my car at a glass shop nearby and heading over. We apparently came in at a busy time and the ladies there were really sweet letting us know the wait time, and suggesting we come back. We grab lunch in same plaza and came back. They were ready for us The massage was very basic, with the masseuse lathering you with oil and massaging every part of your body. My masseuse was very thorough and there were part of the knots in my body I didn't know was hurting until she massaged it out. Totally worth it for $30 for 60mins. The massage therapist here are very good and will offer you a very relaxing time. Place is very quiet unlike other massage reflexology places that can be quite noisy. They are semi-private rooms meaning they have a curtain and a few of them have doors depending which room you get. The few girls I've had here are very skilled and the only gripe I have is that you probably should bring a can of disaffected to spray the hole for your face. I don't think the underlining linen is changed so coming flu season you don't want to get sick. This by the way goes for all massage reflexology places that you go to. read more

We didn't have an appointment, obviously, and were taken in within 10 minutes. I LOVE that you get your own room with a curtain door (you can get naked if you want, I recommend!), it's dimly lit, and there's relaxing music playing. Very nice ambiance!!!!! That alone gets 5 stars. The massage itself was very nice, firm, and comfortable. I didn't get her name, but the manager did my massage. She was sweet and asked me if I was okay/comfortable as she applied pressure. It was great!!! The only reason I give this place 4 stars is because unfortunately she was sick and sneezed/blew her nose a few times while massaging me, with her bare hands. Terrible experience. Would not recommend this place at all. I walked in and the lady at the front desk did not speak english. She said you pay now 1 hour massage, so I handed her money and she showed me to one of the rooms. I got undressed and waited about 10 minutes into waiting one girl came in and said "do you want soft or firm?" I told her I'd prefer firm. She said ok I can't do firm hold on. I waited about 25 more minutes, and the lady came in and said that all the people were busy and that I could come back later. Needless to say I wouldn't have coming back later. The whole thing was so unprofessional, they waisted a good 45 minutes of my time and I didn't even get a massage!!! Absolutely ridiculous, not even a sorry to go with waiting my time! I definitely wouldn't suggest going here! There is a massage parlor on grand and 17th St in Santa Ana that are 5$ more an hour but much more professional. I called to confirm that there were no appointments needed for my wife and myself and the lady on the other side of the phone said "no appointments need" and that "we have plenty of beds available"... no more than 10 minutes later we showed up for our massage... as we walked in the lady looked at us kinda odd... spoke to the lady next to her about us in a languages that I could not understand then told us that they were booked and appointments would be necessary.... This was my 1st time, so I have a mixed review. To start, it was a very clean spa. Decor was not as elaborate as others, very simple but clean. Very friendly staff, helpful, and nice designated individual rooms. Instrumental music kept things calm, although not meditational music, it was appropriate. On this particular day, the neighboring room had much chatting (client & massuse), so the noise seemed like there were "thin walls". I got a good feeling of this place and my massage was good. I was expecting a Foot Reflexology spa, but this was a full massage location. I didn't see a full menu of services though. I enjoyed my full body massage within my private room. There are about 10-12 rooms accommodating singles & couples. I had my own massage table with only a bath towel to cover me. My massage was moderate pressure, which was good. They used massage oil, followed by a hot towel to clean off the oil. There were a few times I was completely uncovered, which I wasn't used to (once when my rear was fully exposed to work on my glutes and hamstrings)...when I was turned over on my back, I was massaged entire chest...armpits, nipples, ribs, stomach & navel. I've never been massaged like that before so it caused me to tense up and almost get "excited". In the end, after the legs & thighs were massaged, the hot towel was used and the bath towel that was partially covering me, was used to dry me off, so I was completely uncovered & naked for a few moments. Again, the spa, massage, staff and location were great. I simply felt uncomfortable with this particular massuse and will give them another chance! read more

Just had a massage with therapist Trudy. It was one hour and I was so thankful she was my massage therapist. The place is private room and covered with curtain not closed doors but very private still. It's located in a small plaza and for 30 for one hour so worth it. She even worked on my neck for me again once I told her how painful it was and really cared about making sure it wasn't too hard and that I was comfortable. I really like this place. The masseuses are overall good and provide an excellent legitimate massage. The place is not glen ivy, but is clean, simple and cheap. I am on the computer and sit down a lot, so I come here to get the knots out of my back and shoulder blade. It is very low cost that i can come here often. The masseuses do very strong pressure which i like. I've brought my friends here and they also like it. They can also do back walking if you want them too or like intense pressure on your back. Only complaint i have, which is not this parlors fault, is there is a Vietnamese cafe bar next door, which plays loud music, and sometimes it interferes with your relaxation because all you hear are the thumps from the music next door. But because of the low cost and excellent massages i get here, i can overlook it, and the owners are very nice people. read more
