I had a good experience. The place was clean, the massage was great and the price was good. Bring cash for tips.

I came here with a friend for a massage and honestly, it was a very disappointing experience…read more We paid $55 expecting a proper full-body massage, but they completely skipped key areas like the shoulders, head, and face--which is where most of the tension and stress is. It didn't feel thorough or professional at all. After the massage, things got even more uncomfortable. They were very pushy about getting a tip. I told them I would go to the bank next door to get cash, and one of the workers actually followed us outside waiting for it. That felt extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. To make matters worse, they offered my male friend inappropriate services, which is completely unacceptable. This is supposed to be a legitimate business, and that kind of behavior is not okay. Overall, I would not recommend this place. Poor service, uncomfortable experience, and not worth the money.

The two women just sat and stared at me. I asked for a refund and they called the manger and they began to argue in their native language. They said they could not give me a refund. To come back and try again. I told them I would be calling my bank directly. If this is any indication on how they run a business I can only imagine the trash massage they give.

My wife and I came by on Friday and had a fantastic time. This is my third head spa I've been to,…read moreand I can say that this place is easily the best! Trinity is located in the Vons plaza off Chapman, they've got plenty of parking nearby. When you walk in, you're welcomed with a very calming presence, and everything is new and clean. I got the Premium Package and added 10 extra minutes for a massage. The therapist who took care of me was extremely careful and super attentive to detail. She made the whole experience very relaxing and left me feeling incredibly refreshed. I definitely think the Premium Package is the right balance of services offered, and would recommend that to anyone checking this place out. I've already recommended this place to a few of my friends and plan to come back again soon, because this place is the best!

Might just be that I got a newbie or something but she was incredibly bad at her job. She'd never dry my ears properly leaving water and suds sitting in there for the entire time even after the service was finished. While shampooing she'd massage my neck and shoulders while her hands were full of hair product and shampoo suds, WHY?!! Hair products are NOT meant to be used on skin and she kept massaging it in and not washing it off leaving the hair product and suds just SITTING on my neck and shoulders for the majority of the service. Additionally she got water into my eyes MULTIPLE times and didn't even notice, would put a SOPPING wet towel over my eyes then run water right over it making me feel like it was a water boarding punishment, failed to dry me off properly at the end making me sit up resulting in water dripping down my back and getting my clothes wet. Then she gave me cotton swabs for me to clean my ears and when I went to try to throw it away after using it, she roughly pulled it out of my fingers so fast that the dirty cotton swabs touched my fingers leaving my ear wax on my own finger. Cherry on top she then shooed me off the chair after 5 mins of blow drying before my hair was fully dry, didn't even brush my hair until she saw me finger combing it myself. The only reason I gave more than one star is that Maybe the other head spa staff is better but I will never come back because of how bad mine was. Poor attention to detail is an understatement.

A special thank you to Isabella, the owner, who was incredibly accommodating and made my visit exceptional. I enjoyed the steam room, massage, stem cell facial, and head spa, and every service exceeded my expectations. The lounge is beautiful, relaxing, and truly feels luxurious. The staff was friendly, happy, and professional, and their positive energy made the experience even better. I also love that they offer a monthly membership which is such a great value! I'll definitely be signing up, bringing my husband for a spa day, and planning my next girls' trip here. If you're looking for a luxurious spa with outstanding service, I highly recommend 128 Luxury Health Spa. I can't wait to come back!

Possibly one of the worst massages I've ever had…read more My massage therapist was Terry, and she kept leaving the room throughout the session. At one point, my entire back was left uncovered for what felt like nearly 30 minutes while it was still wet from the wet towel and massage oil. I was freezing and incredibly uncomfortable. The massage itself was very disappointing. I originally requested medium pressure, but instead she repeatedly dug her elbow into my neck, moving it back and forth without any real technique or purpose. It was painful rather than therapeutic. I eventually asked her to switch to light pressure, but then the massage became so light that it barely felt like a massage at all. It was just rubbing with no technique or muscle work. I've honestly had better massages during a pedicure. I had been looking forward to relaxing and even falling asleep, but instead I couldn't relax because the massage was uncomfortable and ineffective. It honestly felt amateurish and lazy. The most frustrating part came when it was time to pay. When booking, they require a $40 deposit. Since I was unhappy with my massage, I told the receptionist I wanted to leave a $20 tip for my husband's massage therapist, who did a good job, and only $10 for mine. Instead of respecting my decision, they REPEATEDLY pressured me to leave a $40 tip since they already have my "deposit". I had to repeat myself THREE separate times: "$20 for my husband's therapist and $10 for mine." I don't mind tipping for good service, but I don't believe poor service should be rewarded. Being pressured to increase the tip after such a disappointing experience left an even worse impression than the massage itself.

Sigh... I wish I had a better experience but my 2 star review is actually being generous…read more I called and tried to make made an appointment. However, appointment can only be made with a deposit of $20 per person. They sent me instructions by text msg. I sent venmo of $20 per person and had to screenshot and send a text to confirm before the appointment was made. Although a hassle, I can understand. However, the issue began on the date of our appointment. I got to the establishment for our 11am appointment to realize that their doors were locked and were completely closed. I called and they then told me that one of the technicians had gotten into an accident and will be 15 mins late, but they will have another technician open the door. We were okay with that... 30 minutes later, we were still standing outside in 80+ degree heat. Mind you that I drove an hour to get here from LA. We were let inside at 11:40am. After changing, we were told to lay down. However, the other technician still didn't arrive, so we laid there and talked. The service started when she walked in at 11:55am. They only have two different services and we went with their 90 minute Kaori Treatment ($138). The hair wash was decent and relaxing. The products smelled wonderful... However, the technician I had seemed inexperienced. The "lifting" facial was a joke as she just patted my face and put a mask on it. When we were told to get dressed for the blow dry, it was 12:55pm. Definitely not a 90 minute service as were seated for approximately 10-15 minutes to blow dry our hair before our service was completely over. It was about a 75 minute service. Also, they do not offer tea or snacks. I was so thirsty, I had to ask for water. Other reviews talked about a face and scalp consultation which was was not offered to us. We never got any analysis period. At the time of payment, they gave us a discount due to the troubles. However, they didn't deduct that deposit we had made and they had trouble confirming it with whomever they were speaking with. I ended up showing them the text log with the screenshot of payment. As this is a second location, I expected at least the basic standard of care. I came to relax, but I the whole situation stressed me out and I was disappointed. I should have learned by now not to trust Instagram influencers. That being said, I will be returning to my usual hair spa.
