The owner Julia set up an appointment for me with Amy who did a wonderful job. Amy was very fast, efficient, and neat and deserves all the praise she gets. The whole process (from removing my previous gel-x tips to applying hard gel to the design) took about an hour and twenty minutes. Pictures unfortunately don't do justice on how delicate and pretty she drew the designs. I will definitely be going back for Amy's work and I greatly appreciate Lele's nails for reaching out with the complimentary service.

Kim no longer works here but loved my Gel manicure done by Harry. He shaped my nails well & made sure I loved them before moving onto each step. I so appreciated that. I came back and got an acrylic full set from Amy! She's super sweet and finished the service and incredible nail art in an hour. About a week after the service some of the gel color started peeling and was still wet (probably not fully cured), but still a good set overall. All of my fingers were chipped with the wet/sticky gel under by the second week of having them on.

My go to place for manis and pedis!! I've gotten both services done here and absolutely love how careful and detail oriented all the nail techs are. they have a range of polishes (including Japanese jelly polishes and magnetic nails). Although I love having fun nail polish colors and designs on my nails, i had to get plain gel for work. But luckily they have a variety of simple pinky nudes to choose from as well! Nail techs helped me choose a color and kindly switched it out when I asked for a different color :) staff is sooo sweet and caring too. Services also come with a complimentary beverage, I love getting the Vietnamese coffee

Kim nail Salon, the place I needed to go after Lele salon made me wait an 45 and then told me there is another person ahead of me.

I am a regular customer at LeLe's Nails. Since the beginning, the manager/owner, Julia, has not been welcoming, although the staff seemed okay. A couple of weeks ago, I went in to get my nails done, and the experience was absolutely horrible. After just six days, I had to return because of how bad they looked. Another lady fixed them, but treated me very poorly while doing so. Today was the worst experience yet. My friend made an appointment for both of us -- 10:00 AM for her, and 11:00 AM for me -- and we specifically requested a certain technician. She had to wait until 10:40 AM for him to even start. I then waited until 11:45 AM, only to be told that I wasn't next and that another person was ahead of me. You can only imagine how furious I was. No one apologized -- in fact, they laughed when I said I was going to leave a bad review. I ended up going to a nail salon down the street called Kim Nails, and they did a wonderful job. I will definitely not be recommending LeLe's Nails. Horrible customer service. First picture is from the time I got my nails done and they did it very poorly. Second picture is my nail today done at Kim Nail Salon .

It hasn't been long since I got them done and a few days ago one of my nails started to peal off and my pinky now is bleeding and hurting. This has never happened before with my nail where they ripped off my real nail. I think they are cutting circle. Because of the last time I went in the customer service isn't good I don't even think they would fix it even if it's their fault. WORST SERVICE EVER

My normal nail salon is located in San Diego, but I am in Poway often and have been looking for a backup place to go. I read great reviews about Lele Nails & Spa, so my stepdaughter and I decided to go, and we are so happy we did! I got a spa pedicure, and I can't express how wonderful Hanna was! The massage was so relaxing, and she was so attentive to details! She is also very funny and friendly. Excited to start school in a few days, my stepdaughter got a mani and pedi, which was done by Kim. I am also so impressed by Kim's attentiveness to details and how accommodating she was, especially to kids! Kim is so adorable and her artwork skills are amazing!! My stepdaughter loves Hello Kitty, so Kim topped off our experience by offering to hand draw Hello Kitty on my stepdaughter's toes, which came out so good! The salon is very clean and beautiful decorated. We will definitely be returning! Thank you Hanna and Kim for making our first time such an enjoyable, quality experience!

I do not typically write reviews, nevertheless poor ones, but the nails I received were far from the inspo picture I gave. The nails felt haphazardly done. I can recognize that the initial picture I gave was not an easy design to do, but I'd rather the artist be honest with me than have me waste her time and lose out on $90 (including tip). I was way too nice considering the quality I received. My hands weren't even cleaned -- it wasn't until I got into my car that I noticed polish residue on my fingers. Perhaps complicated designs aren't meant to be done here. You're better off getting a single color manicure. Beyond that, my appointment time was meant to start at 9 -- but was constantly interrupted by phone calls. I get that they're busy, but my nail artist shouldn't be taking calls mid appointment. I went to another nail salon in Mira Mesa where the nail artist there told me my nails were put on incorrectly (too much glue). I've included the original inspo picture for reference. If it's any consolation, the team is friendly and accommodating, though everyone around me seemed to be offered coffee/water but me. I do recommend this place, just maybe come in with less expectations.

I foundLeLes's Nails Salon on Yelp. Julia's name was tagged on some pictures and reviews. I get acrylic powder with gel overlay. Sometimes long but mostly short length. That's what impressed me with Julia was her amazing short nails and nail art!! Book her today. U won't be disappointed. AND..my nails last so so long. Usually i need a nail refill after 2 weeks. With Julia, i can go 4-6 weeks!!!! Julia is the best! I can bring any idea or pictures and she can deliver results! Best nail art tech! The spa is gorgeous, open aired, clean. In love. I found my new nail tech and salon.

I've been here twice, and everyone is very friendly. Julia is super nice and welcoming. My daughter has enjoyed her nails and the experience.

I am SO HAPPY with my service! Kimmy did a beautiful job with my pedicure and was soo kind. I am in active medical treatment right now and she took her time with me and was so caring. The environment at Lele's was serene and soothing, with great music videos playing of acoustic covers. No prank vids so I was completely relaxed and totally comfortable. I was able to do walk in appointment, at 9:40am for regular mani/ gel pedi. Two ladies worked on me and definitely felt rushed. I'm pregnant and was looking forward to relax but couldn't even turn on the massage chair since they were rushing. I was tense the whole time. If you can't take walk in then don't offer it. Also, when they expect you to tip, I don't. read more

This nail salon just got bought by new owners and has had a revamp! Such a cute place and the nicest, most talented owners. I have been getting my nails done by Amy for the last year in mission valley, she just moved over to this location. She is very talented and the new salon has 800 colors to choose from, 200 of which are dip colors. 30% off all services until the end of January. Come in and try them out! JULIA is my go to girl!! I've been going to her for almost a year now and I've never once left disappointed. I have a new nail place! Found this place through Yelp and was not disappointed. I called they said they could see me right away and were ready for me as soon as I walked in. Their prices are great and the quality of their products and service is outstanding. My acrylic fill with chrome powder was $55. Very pleased and will now be coming back every 2-3 weeks consider me a regular. read more

Amy has done my nails twice and i couldn't be more thrilled with how they turned out. i was having a hard time finding an on-trend salon in the area that wasn't super expensive but then i found this place! Bomb Spa Pedicure, I brought my daughter to get her feet and mine done here at Lele's Nails art &spa. From the moment we walked in they were super polite and welcoming. The artist doing my pedicure was gentle, warm, and excellent at his craft! The artist doing my daughters feet was very knowledgeably, professionally and also excellent at her craft. I absolutely love it here! They are very patient, talented, and kind. I mainly go to Amy for acrylic nail sets and she is amazing, I'm always getting so many compliments! She takes time to make sure I like the designs I choose and she does a great job every time. Very gentle, too. One time a nail completely broke off and she was able to file down with barely any pain! At the end of the appointment, she told the receptionist to add on a charge for inner thighs which ended up being $26 in addition to the original service I booked. If I had known that I would need to pay $26 for less than a minute of waxing, I would have declined, so I would have appreciated her being clear about the extra cost.

I also saw the artwork she had up at her station and asked if she could do a Valentine's design. I think she did a great job and I would be happy to come in again! Unfortunately, I didn't even get to tan. I had to take an urgent call and couldn't get into the bed right away, and when I told them, they told me they couldn't set the machine up again. Their excuse? "We don't know if you tanned or not." Which makes no sense. They definitely have monitors that track usage, and if it's an instant tan like they claim, it would have shown on my skin. I didn't want to argue because it was obvious they weren't interested in helping. To make it worse, I went into another amenity room and could clearly hear staff gossiping about customers, mutual friends, even their own coworkers. The ceilings are open, so nothing is private. Extremely unprofessional.

All the workers all polite and gives you all your needs for your nails. I don't know what Lisa was talking about, she must be blind if she didn't she the OPI Nail Polish there are two racks full of nail polish and more under the counter. So Lisa it is called taking care of your nails if you want them to stay nice, because Lele's nails are the best in town when it comes to perfecting your nails. My nails look good for 2 1/2-3 weeks before I need a fill. They also have lots of OPI nail polish to choose from...over 100 colors! The service is always EXCELLENT!!! I guess the person didn't see the racks containing at least 100 bottles of OPI. All colors - just fabulous...
