This place is top notch. Clean, welcoming...they have TONS of options when it comes to nail polish color. Gel, you name it! Also, they do designs. The first time I came here, my wife got me the pedicure for my birthday. I got a French pedicure and it turned out well. I'm not sure the woman who did it, but she did a decent job. The second time I came here, today (8/18/19) I chose to get a color and a design because I checked in on yelp I could get the design for free. I chose a flower. Overall, I'm very happy with the service. The gentlemen that did my nails he second time did a great job and was very gentle as he worked on my feet. I greatly appreciated this. Obviously, Sunday is their busiest day...or Saturday so be prepared to wait if you walk in. But the waist overall is worth it! You will be pleased with the work you have done. Updated: it's not even been a week and they are all chipping on the sides and some chipping on top and cracking. This makes no sense to be so poorly done. I just paid for gel nails on Thursday (four days ago) and they are already chipping. I went and got one fixed on Friday (three days ago), already. I won't go back as they were pretty terrible to begin. When the paint was applied she got it all over my hands and then had it set under the uv light so it took a few days to come off. The only reason I'm giving it two stars is because my pedi was not terrible. But this is such a waste of a gel manicure to not even last four days! read more

I tried this place for the first time as a walk-in. I was greeted upon entering and told that I could be seen in 10 minutes. The salon is bright, clean, and modern. They offer both acrylic and dip powder services. There are large pedicure chairs and a large screen TV on the back wall. I went in to have nails fixed after being seen by Tiffany at Chroma Nails. My gel polish had peeled from multiple nails after only 5 days from service and upon trying to fix this, another tech made it worse by melting my acrylic nails with acetone and leaving me with short, uneven nails with odd and differing shapes. I saw Nancy who went to work right away and got me back to normal in one session. She reshaped my nails and had to cut most of them down to match the short nails on my hands. She filed them to the same shape and repolished them all. I will definitely be back to this salon and to Nancy again. She did a beautiful job and thoroughly fixed someone else's botch job. Next time I'll also try a pedicure and based on how that goes and how my current fill lasts, may increase my rating to 5 stars. Tip - they offer a discount punch card for each service $25 and above. And, give $3 off for a Yelp review. Also, a free nail design for a Yelp check-in. Great perks for customers! read more

Gels chipping in 4 days! I had one chip the night I got them done they nicely fixed it the next day. By day 3/4 I have 5 chipping! My gels usually last 3 weeks. Wish I didn't waste my money on gels. read more

She offered to fix my pedicure but I told her it wasn't necessary. I've since been back and took my daughter and we both are happy with our manicures. I updated my review from 3 to 4 Stars. I would give 5 stars but they don't do hand massages with gel or powder manicures. I'm not sure if they are included with a regular polish mani. Every other salon I've ever used does the hand massage. They should probably let people know a hand massage is not included. That being said, I will continue to be a customer. read more

Two visits in row I've had to ask them to fix my nails after they finished. First time we had the wrong color applied to my nails. I gave them a number that apparently wasn't available for gel, which wasn't the problem. I was expecting a light brown color but instead received hot pink! The second I saw it I spoke up and said "that doesn't really look like the color I saw" and the lady replied "second coat, look exactly like display." I said okay because there have been times I've gotten gel and the color darkened throughout the process and I thought that's what she was talking about. Once it was all done and it still looked nothing like what I had expected, my mom tried speaking with the lady about what happened and all she could say was that I "should have said something earlier." What?! I did and she clearly didn't hear me out. And apparently it was my fault for picking a non-gel color when no one specified what was and wasn't to me. I was just told to pick a color as someone gestured to a giant pile of unorganized samples with no labels. In the end, I still understood that the situation could have all just been a big misunderstanding; after all they did fix it for free and it turned out nicely. For that reason I decided to come back. Today I came back again and it was a frustrating process. This time I was reminded, "Make sure you pick right color this time." Okay??? And then as the woman was filing my nails, my pinky actually started to bleed and she said nothing! She just kept going even though I clearly saw her spot the blood coming from my nail. Next, I had a minor break in my thumb nail, so small that I'm sure the silk method would have worked just fine but instead she powder dipped my whole thumb and now it's shaped as if my nail has a tumor and it isn't even on the side the break is on! By the time she was finishing up my last nail, she scraped it completely off and started over. As she was applying the polish, she acknowledged a woman behind me who I assume was her appointment waiting. She told her to "give her a minute" and then finished applying one layer of polish, used the light, applied top coat and then used the light and then told me I was done. No towel, no oil nor lotion. Just said "you're done." I said okay, thanked her, paid and left. After sitting at home for less than an hour, the polish of the last nail she did was completely coming off, staining my skin around it. I come back and she says "because you don't put hand far enough." What?!!! There they go again! Nothing will ever be their fault at this place. Any problem you have, they will somehow always make it YOUR fault. It's ridiculous! In the end they always fix it anyway, but it's never enough to just say "I'm sorry" or "I see" or say nothing at all which would be better than always hearing about how they couldn't do your nails properly because something YOU did! I've been getting gel on my nails regularly for years and never once have I run into a problem because I "don't stick [my] hand far enough" under the lamp. And apparently it's not even a coincidence that this didn't happen to any other nail except for the one just she did in a haste so she wouldn't miss her appointment? If she is a true professional, wouldn't she know that a nail isn't dry?? She was feeling it with her barehands and she still couldn't tell it was still wet? I am never coming back and I suggest no one else do either. read more
