He came out to clean our solar panels and gutters and was incredibly efficient. I was stuck working and on calls the whole time, so I was not able to hover or play quality control inspector, but I did not need to. Everything was clean when he arrived since I had just finished cleaning the sidewalks and patio, and when he left, the place looked exactly the same. No mess, no debris, no signs that anyone had even been here except that everything was spotless. Luke also sent me pictures, which I really appreciated. It was honestly a relief to see that he cleaned out what had to be more than 20 years of gutter gunk. That is not a technical term, but it should be. We have had rain the last couple of days and the gutters are working great. Water is flowing like it finally remembered what its job was. It was no big deal and I agreed to the higher price, but the technicians came to do the work with the lower price. Again, no big deal, but still confusing because it's not clear what I'm paying and price should be clear (especially if you are pre-writing a check). I confirmed the time of my appointment on several occasions which made it confusing when my technicians arrived an hour later than they should have and I had to ask for an ETA on their arrival. I suggest rather than committing to an exact time, provide a range and flexibility. That way customers can decide if that range works for them. Being on time and providing status updates if you're going to be late is a professional curtesy especially for customers on tight timelines. The cleaning was done nicely, but I did later notice spots in corners that were missed (i.e., behind doors). The front porch area was cleaned, but then the technician blew leaves back on it. They do answer their phones unlike other competitors that you just cannot seem to get ahold of no matter what. However, their power washing is a lot higher price than other competitors. Unfortunately I don't have time to have them come back out and fix anything they might have missed. I'm strapped for time as is. I'd work on communication, attention to detail, and leaving the place clean. Also, consider putting before and after pictures in some sort of written professional document like a PDF you can leave with the customer same day with a receipt before you leave.

A couple of years ago I noticed the amount of energy we were supposed to be getting with our solar panels had severely decreased as our SMUD bill increased. Someone recommended getting the panels cleaned. I saw a sign for Sierra Maintenance leaving our neighborhood and decided to give them a call. After they cleaned the panels, I noticed a lower SMUD bill the next month and in the subsequent months and even to this day. They also send before and after pictures which show just how filthy the panels can get. They also cleaned our gutters this time which I didn't realize had a ton of gunk in them. Our home is two-story ~ 4k sq foot. We have about 12 panels and it was ~$200 to clean them plus another $360 to clean the gutters. Excellent company, which I will refer to others as well as use again next year.

We set up an appointment date through messaging. He showed up right on time and got to work. Two hours or so later, my gutters were good to go. One section of my gutter was way higher than the others, so his buddy returned a few days later to finish that part. The payment wasn't collected until the job was 100% done. 3.5 rating They had a team of three to clean two bedrooms, one bathroom, two living spaces, and one kitchen in about 2.5 hours. At first glance, it seemed like they did a pretty good job cleaning, but there some areas they definitely could've done better in. Good: Spot cleaning the walls and baseboards made a huge difference! I was glad they were able to get there stickiness out of the cabinets and microwave. Areas of improvement: Dusting. I noticed that our altar wasn't touched at all. I thought it might be because they didn't want to touch anything meaningful/religious, which I could understand. But then I noticed they didn't dust off the fish tank, the shelves in the kitchen, and the tv stand and book shelves in the living room. It didn't look like our light fixture in our dining area was cleaned either. This was my first time using a cleaning service for the house. Not entirely sure if I would go back to them given the dusting situation. I'll have to try out other cleaning businesses and see how they do. read more

I usually clean my own place, but I've lived in for years now, and some areas and things just fall by the wayside. Anastasia and Olga worked very hard and made my bathroom look almost like brand new. After they finished cleaning, I also noticed that the lower part of my kitchen walls looked brighter. They never looked gunky so I did't pay to much attention, but the cleaners saw something I did't. I reached out through Yelp and Vina (the Owner) responded same-day and quite quickly I booked our first cleaning for the following week. The plan was to have an initial cleaning and if all went well, we'd continue to have monthly cleanings. On day of cleaning, Vina arrived right on time and did a walk through to assess the level of cleaning needed for the first time, set expectations, and discuss pricing and scheduling. Vina's very professional and everything discussed sounded reasonable. Vina determined a deep cleaning would be necessary for the 1st time and the additional cleaning of the inside of the stove was quoted as well. Vina left and the two cleaners came in with all their supplies and got to work right away. Around 3 hours later, the cleaners were all done and our 2-story approx 1,800sqft house was immaculate and smelling fresh and clean. I text Vina to arrange payment which we agreed to complete via Zelle. Then, we set up a plan for Vina to text me at the beginning of each month to schedule the month's cleaning. April 1st Vina text me and we scheduled April's cleaning for the following week with a tentative timeframe. Day before, Vina text me to confirm the exact time. Day of cleaning, the same 2 cleaners came a few minutes after the scheduled time and same as before brought their supplies in and got right to work. Two hours later, they were done and the house was just as clean as the 1st time. My husband and I have both been very pleased with Home Cleaning Home service and are so glad we found them! Pricing for our size home (2-story, 3 bed, 3 bath, 1,800sqft) is $250/month and although it's significantly more expensive than a friend pays for her house cleaning, we feel it's worth it and that cleaners deserve to be paid a living wage so we're happy. I'd recommend Home Cleaning Home to anyone in the Sacramento area looking for cleaners for one-time or consistently.

Our floors had just been demo's except for some rooms that had dust from removing popcorn debris. The floors with the popcorn debris were incredibly dusty after the water dried up after the left. It was clear the just moved a mop around but didn't try to actually get the dirt off the floor. We asked them to scrub the walls to get the dirt and grime off and the walls looked like they had zero elbow grease put into them. Again, just like they had barely put some product onto the wall but didn't actually scrub anything off the wall. Would not recommend this service, as they finished a 1700 sq foot house in 2 hours.

I've decided to no longer use their services due to the delay in cleaners arriving and lack of communication on updates. I waited for over 3 hours past their estimated arrival window for my last cleaning (April 6th). When I mentioned being late to pick up my kids due to late start time, I was left with zero apology and to simply leave my home when the cleaners are in my home. While some people may be comfortable doing this, I am not. They send different cleaning teams each time and I prefer to be present when anyone is working in my home.
