I originally planned to have only high traffic areas cleaned, but when Dominic said it was a flat fee, I asked if it would include all four bedrooms, stairs, halls and living spaces. He said it did so I scheduled him and his partner to come out. So glad we got the whole house done. My carpets look much better and I don't feel the need to replace them as I was previously considering. The stairs had showed the most dramatic improvement. The whole job was done well, without the carpets being left excessively wet. It does take a couple of days for them to feel completely dry, and you have to have fans on/windows open to aide in the process, but that is typical. I mostly appreciated that Dominic is upfront about stain removals. They don't try to up-charge for stains and heavily trafficked areas, but say they will do their best as part of the cleaning process. I was realistic and the heavily trafficked entry area is still visibly darker than the less used area, but no longer obviously dirty. I"ll take it, given the carpet is a light 26 year old berber. I will definitely use Rockstar Carpet Cleaning for future carpet and upholstery needs. read more
