I've been to this place in the past and have had outfits tailored here before and never had an issue until just now. I just received awful customer service. I came with one outfit to be dry cleaned and tailored like I have in the past and the lady at the front desk refused to help me. She said she "asked the lady in the back" about tailoring my outfit and that it "was not possible". I have brought multiple swimwear to be tailored to this place and never had an issue. She refused to explain why and basically told me to leave. NOT Professional and awful service. read more

Just got home from picking up my sports coat and pants from Lemon creek cleaners, had my pants tapered and hem shorten, on my coat had the side seams taken in for a more fitted look and sleeves shorten. I am really impressed and pleased with the work they did! My coat and pants fit perfect! Just as I asked! The staff was awesome! Also there price was best i got quoted around town! The owner is absolutely the worst operator I have ever dealt with. I have never been disrespected the way he did to me. I asked for 1 shirt to be dry cleaned for next day, and he basically told me he couldn't guarantee that for me. Mind you I came in at 8am. I understand but he was so disrespectful about it basically throwing my shirt back and telling me to go else where. Like I said, I never been so disrespected in my life. I asked him "you are willing to lose a life time customer for one shirt". His response was Yes with a smirk on his face. I have been going there for 4 years every week. I needed to hem my coat sleeves so I was getting quotes from places around my area through Yelp. Right away, I got a price quote --and for the work required (shortening thick wool-blend sleeves by 5 in, with the belt loops completely attached to the sleeve) it was a REALLY good price. In fact, it was the best price I've seen. They were also really great about honoring the quote I was given. The job was completed in less than a week, and the tailoring was done very well--you can't even tell the sleeves were altered! Overall great experience: really helpful, fair prices, and polite. I use to like this place until the started getting my laundry order incorrect. the same thing happen twice and it was something so simple as to add starch. So I paid 10 to clean two pairs of pants and to have it done incorrectly twice. No third for me. read more

I brought a new sweater in to be cleaned after only one use and in great condition. Got it back with at least 7 holes in it and threads unraveling. No One said anything to me when i picked it up. Very disappointing, will be finding a new cleaners. read more

I should have listened to the reviews. I went to dry clean a wool blanket for $25. When I get there the lady asks for my name and tells me it will be a week. I come back a week later to pick up the blanket. As soon as the lady sees me she has a worried look on her face. She frantically goes to the back and starts looking for my blanket. She starts talking in a different language to some guy in the back. She comes back to the front and tells me the guy is just folding my blanket. Something felt weird so I pay and go to my car, the blanket still had the original stains and hair on it, it had not been touched. So I go back inside and show her the stains and hair and tell the lady I waited a week for them not dryclean my blanket. She apologized and I asked for my money back she says give me two extra days and I will fix it for you. I agree go back two days later she then tells me the blanket is not ready. By this time I am mad and annoyed, she tells me to come back the following day at 11am and it will be ready. So I give them one last shot I pick up my blanket, it was finally clean, but it had a hole. Never coming back. Taking my business somewhere else. read more

They do a great job dry cleaning the clothes and always have my items ready when promised. Owners are very down to earth people, humble and dedicated to what they do. Absolutely the worst cleaning service I have been to. My white shirt was stained with a light purple color and they refused to reclean it for me, which was not fair and shows they don't stand behind their service. I also had alterations done on 3 pairs of pants and 2 out of them came out to be too short!! There is no way I will come back to this place! Be aware! read more
