Even though this patio is right next to the sidewalk the hedge and lighting made it feel very nice. We were here for dining and not hookah and where we were sat I couldn't smell the hookah at all! We've been recommended this place for a long time and was finally able to try it. The service was easy and we were seated quickly upon arrival. I absolutely LOVE Baba Ganouj but their version had pomegranate vinegrette and was a bit more on the tart side. I guess Im spoiled by Tut's version because it just wasn't it for me. Definitely a acquired taste/flavor. My kibeh plate was good, I do wish they had more side options besides the rice or olive salad, my boyfriend was not a fan of olives and the salad was absolutely overwhelming. Offering perhaps hummus, or the Mediterranean simple salad as side options would've been nice, and I know fries is also an option but we were trying to cut out fried/carbs. The outdoor seating was nice but with folks smoking hookah around us, it became a little overwhelming while dining. Perhaps outdoor patio fans installed to air out the patio only seating would've been nice to keep the air circulating because even on an outdoor patio on a warm day it could be alot for the respiratory system. My wife and I absolutely love Lemon Mint. We've tried just about every Mediterranean spot in the area, and nothing compares. It's a small, cozy place that gives off a true family vibe. The atmosphere is welcoming, the hookah is excellent (definitely try the grapefruit one), and the food is as authentic as it gets--every dish keeps you coming back for more. A couple things to keep in mind: seating is limited, so you may have to wait for a table. That said, we've never waited more than about five minutes, so it's always been worth it. Parking is easy if you use the Walgreens next door. Highly recommend Lemon Mint for anyone looking for great food, great atmosphere, and a consistently enjoyable experience. read more

Delicious! I had a mediterranean food craving and finally made it a point to try this place. I got takeout: the kufta kabab plate with garlic sauce, olive salad, grape leaves and rice, and also tried the baklava. The young women who helped me were friendly and helpful. I've never had a kufta kabab, but figured I have never met a kabab I haven't liked. The kufta was no exception. Yum. It hit the spot. It's been a couple of weeks since coming here, but I decided I should write about my experience. I was really excited to try this place out since there aren't that many hookah bars around the area! Unfortunately my friends and I had a pretty negative experience here and we won't be back. We were shown to our table, but then no one came to take our order for about 20 minutes. We really should have left. We finally ordered our food and hookah, and I decided I really wanted to try the knafeh. The waitress told us it would take about 45 minutes to come out because they make it fresh and I told her that was fine and she put the order in. We never got the knafeh and after an hour and a half we asked a different server if he could check on our order. He asked me what size I ordered and I told him the waitress did not ask me what size I wanted, so he started saying that if I didn't know what size I asked for then I did not order the knafeh. He kept arguing and saying I didn't order it when I know for a fact I did. He was extremely rude and argumentative. He ended up going to the kitchen and asking about it and he said that the waitress had already come to our table earlier and explained that our order was cancelled. She only came to our table twice. Once to take our order and a second time to bring our food out. Besides those two times, she NEVER came back to check on us, let alone tell us that our order was cancelled. I honestly believe that the waitress forgot to put our order in and instead of admitting to her mistake, she decided to place the blame on us. The whole experience just left a bad taste in my mouth and the male server was so rude for no reason. I am so disappointed, I really wanted to like this place. read more

Listen, I came to Mint Lemonade a skeptic. I left a changed person, hummus stained shirt and all. Let's start with the food, because frankly, it deserves its own TED Talk. The Mediterranean spread was incredible, and the hummus? I don't know what they're doing back there, but I'm pretty sure it's illegal in at least three countries. Silky, dreamy, dangerously scoopable. I almost asked if I could bathe in it. I did not. (I thought about it.) The lamb chops were cooked beautifully -- tender, flavorful, genuinely impressive. Now, were they small? Yes. Were they tiny? I mean... let's just say I've seen bigger portions at a doll's dinner party. BUT... and this is a big but, the sides were enormous. Like, biblically large. So it all balanced out in the end, much like my dignity after my third helping of hummus. The service was warm and friendly from the moment we walked in. Our waitress was an absolute gem, attentive, cheerful, and patient with us even as we interrogated her about every single item on the order. Now. The knafeh. THE KNAFEH. We ordered it at the very start of the meal like the responsible dessert-forward adults we are. And then, plot twist... a gas line issue in the kitchen meant our beloved knafeh never made it to the table. I'd like to say I handled this with grace. I did not. I stared at the dessert menu for a full five minutes in silence. The knafeh and I were not meant to be that day. It's fine. I'm fine. But here's the thing, we're absolutely going back. SERVICE REVIEW ONLY Excited to try this place got there and was pretty packed. We had to track down someone to see if we can get seated. We were told someone else would help us. Well that person never greeted us and the person who passed us along sat outside with her friends or family looking into their phone. A group of other patrons outside weren't getting any service too. When they finally got some service I saw a lady working there drop their napkins on the floor and instead of getting new and clean ones she gave it to them anyways. That was my breaking point and we had to leave. We sat over 20 mins waiting for someone to let us know they got us but it never came. Not sure if I will go back and it was a one off. If I ever do I may change this review. However, right now I'm sticking to this review as it was my experience. Hopefully other people won't experience the same. My family and I went to Lemon Mint on a whim, and I'm so glad we did! Everything about our dining experience was amazing. The food was delicious, fresh, and decadent. We ordered the mixed kebab plate and two appetizers and shared between two adults and one child, and it was the perfect serving size to share. The dining area was very clean and well ventilated. After three visits it's time for a well deserved review. Simply put the food tastes good, coming from one who cooks for a hobby. The baba ganoush was smoky, right proportion of tahini to eggplant including a small unmashed eggplant, an indication it was not machine buzzed. The hummus with meat was equally impressive, soft meat and super smooth hummus. The fattoush salad, was bursting with flavors, in fact it reminded me how much my recipe deviated throughout the years, this version is spot on. The beef shawarma is another measure of authenticity regardless whether you use a spit. This one does not disappoint, the meat was soft, properly spiced, as most restaurants go light on the spices to accommodate a broader palate. Finally the kibbeh nayyeh (I don't attempt to make) was the highlight of my night with light subtle flavors. I just hope the quality remains high. I'll be there again and again. read more

We came to lemon mint in Glendora on route 66 with a big group-24 people total-around 6 PM. The welcome was amazing and the service was excellent from start to finish.. the waitresses kept checking in to make sure we were OK and had everything we needed, which we really appreciate.
