This is by far the best Thai food I have ever had in Billings. It is pricier than other places but it is well worth it as they give you a ton of food and the food is excellent. We ordered two entrees and had leftovers for days, which were delicious. Our server was so kind. It was snowing and they asked if we wanted to stay in the restaurant until our car warmed up. The good. The bad. The ugly. It's good to see an independly owned restaurant that has pretty decor and lots of ample parking. Service was kind, swift, and even apologetic at times when they didn't need to. I ordered the green curry. I love canned bamboo (I also loved canned Asian mushrooms). However the pork was cut a little thick so some parts were a little dry. Maybe it could have benefitted from some velveting. The curry itself was okay... Missing a tad bit of spice but idk, I guess the demo has some influence on that. But... The ugly. This plate was $30... I don't care about price, I care about paying $30 for Thai food that has frozen peas and carrots. That hurts my soul. I can't bring myself to give them less than 4 stars but I feel offended from this. Anyway, I hope that changes because they work hard and deserve a successful business. read more

That's saying a lot as we've eaten at some of the best Thai restaurants throughout the US and have been to Thailand! The flavor of spices and quality of fresh ingredients here are unmatched. Not to mention the welcoming, relaxed and pleasant ambiance. We were greatly surprised and highly recommend anyone to try this place! I got the yellow curry dish, my boyfriend had the pineapple shrimp curry and we both had a Thai tea. AMAZING is an understatement!!!! These two dishes are a must try as well as the Thai tea!! This is also a family owned restaurant! The Mother and daughter running this place are lovely and you can tell they care greatly about what they serve. I'm gonna be straight on this one! Fantastic food, great service and worth every penny you pay for it. I admit it isn't the cheapest restaurant in town for this type of food, but food costs have increased and I can't fault a restaurant for passing that on to the customer. They still maintain the same quality and quantity of food as in previous years. Everything that comes out of this kitchen is nothing short of amazing! Ingredients are fresh, spices blended to perfection and the service is just as stellar. (Very friendly and accommodating) The place has a nice atmosphere for dining in. Though it is a big boxy room, it is broken up with various items and tables are arranged so as to still afford some privacy at each table. I recommend this place to everyone who asks me. My vote for the best Thai food in Montana. We've tried places all over & mostly been disappointed. We have never been disappointed with Lemongrass. The service is constantly super friendly and accommodating. The food has always been delicious! Our favorites are the Pad Thai, Red Curry, Pad Kee Mao, and Pad Him Ma Parn (cashew chicken). The Thai Spring Rolls and Thai Iced Teas round out the meal perfectly. It's not inexpensive but we always get at least two meals out of each dish so it works out great! Possibly the best thai I have ever had. I got the garlic vegetables mild with tofu. The tofu was delicious and sliced very thin. The spice was a little hot but quite perfect for the dish. The flavors here are simply amazing the shoots and peas and carrots and other veges were excellently cooked. The garlic was strong but not overwhelming. We tried this place one day out of curiosity and we were really impressed. They give amazingly large portions. The meat portion is actually really great and packed in all the food they provide, which is really the best. The taste....is FABULOUS. There is truly a difference between each dish. I have never paid so much for a serving of pad thai, even when eating at nicer and better thai restaurants in the big cities. It was a 30 minute wait for a to go order, and even when we got there we still had to wait because it was not ready.
