This is by far the best Thai food I have ever had in Billings. It is pricier than other places but it is well worth it as they give you a ton of food and the food is excellent. We ordered two entrees and had leftovers for days, which were delicious. Our server was so kind. It was snowing and they asked if we wanted to stay in the restaurant until our car warmed up. Service was kind, swift, and even apologetic at times when they didn't need to. I ordered the green curry. I love canned bamboo (I also loved canned Asian mushrooms). However the pork was cut a little thick so some parts were a little dry. Maybe it could have benefitted from some velveting. The curry itself was okay... Missing a tad bit of spice but idk, I guess the demo has some influence on that. But... The ugly. This plate was $30... I don't care about price, I care about paying $30 for Thai food that has frozen peas and carrots. That hurts my soul. That's saying a lot as we've eaten at some of the best Thai restaurants throughout the US and have been to Thailand! The flavor of spices and quality of fresh ingredients here are unmatched. Not to mention the welcoming, relaxed and pleasant ambiance. We were greatly surprised and highly recommend anyone to try this place! I got the yellow curry dish, my boyfriend had the pineapple shrimp curry and we both had a Thai tea. AMAZING is an understatement!!!! These two dishes are a must try as well as the Thai tea!! My vote for the best Thai food in Montana. We've tried places all over & mostly been disappointed. We have never been disappointed with Lemongrass. The service is constantly super friendly and accommodating. The food has always been delicious! Our favorites are the Pad Thai, Red Curry, Pad Kee Mao, and Pad Him Ma Parn (cashew chicken). The Thai Spring Rolls and Thai Iced Teas round out the meal perfectly. It's not inexpensive but we always get at least two meals out of each dish so it works out great! Possibly the best thai I have ever had. I got the garlic vegetables mild with tofu. The tofu was delicious and sliced very thin. The spice was a little hot but quite perfect for the dish. The flavors here are simply amazing the shoots and peas and carrots and other veges were excellently cooked. The garlic was strong but not overwhelming.
