    Basil chicken and tofu
    Sarina G.

I was a little nervous when we came in and the place was empty at 5pm on a Saturday night (literally empty, we were the only people here during our entire stay), but the food was pretty good! Here's the cons: -definitely overpriced, as many other people said. -The basil chicken and tofu was pretty good, the sauce was really oily though, towards the end of my meal there was a pool of oil on my plate. There was also VERY little protein, maybe 2oz of chicken and tofu. -the lemonade was horribly watered down. Here's the pros: -fast, friendly service -the yaki udon was amazing (but again very little protein) -lots of options -comfortable seating and beautiful decor

Literally no one there but us! On a Friday night too!

Great food. I haven't had a bad meal there. Good variety of Tai, Korean and Chinese.

It was totally worth the pleasant 40 minute drive from Red Lodge to Fishtail to enjoy a unique and delicious dining experience in warm and friendly surroundings. Everyone in our party of 7 loved their meals - even my picky grandson! - and I was very impressed with the Wagyu Top Sirloin Steak that I chose. I usually only eat filet mignon or ribeye, so I wasn't sure I would like top sirloin, but the waitress assured me that their Waygu Top Sirloin steak was very tender and sourced from a very good local ranch, so I gave it a try. We live near LA, and a steak this tender and tasty would be hard to find, and would be about twice the price, so I was glad I took a chance! I'm sure we will be back the next time we are in Montana!

Usually a HUGE fan, but Teriyaki Madness left a little teriyucki taste in my mouth this time…read more I stood there completely unacknowledged while two separate groups were served and sent on their merry way. Finally, I asked about the online order I was there to pick up. The response? "I know, it takes time to make food." Totally fair... except how would you know the name on my order if not a single employee acknowledged my existence? Silly me -- I didn't realize you were all mind readers. Hard to tell, given the general lack of ducks in any recognizable row. Then a very nice couple walked in after me, only to be loudly informed by the bowl-assembler that they were out of literally everything and should go somewhere else. Not "sorry," not "we're short tonight," just... yelled at. Bold customer service strategy. I really hope things turn around, because I've been seeing a lot of complaints about the night staff lately, and this definitely tracked. Until we hear otherwise, we won't be back -- especially since apologies don't seem to be on the menu. You definitely nailed the Madness part.

In the world of fast casual places, with style-your-own options, Teriyaki Madness, a franchise…read morerestaurant, brings a different food genre. Specializing in bowls made with protein and a carb and veggies, the primary protein is chicken, but they also have salmon, steak, and tofu. Choose that, and then your base of rice or noodles. This set up is common in similar places, but as the name suggests, the flavors here are Asian inspired. Most items are gluten free, and bowls can be made vegan. Although the online menu indicates the sauces are msg-free, I'm not entirely sure of that, but I'd have to try again to be sure. I've only stopped a couple of times, but the service has been quick and friendly, although in the opening phase, with the crowds of people and employees crammed into the kitchen, it's sometimes hard to hear your order called. Teriyaki Madness is a cute place with very limited seating, striking me more as a take-out place, on the side of a shopping center building and not easily visible from the main drive through Shiloh Commons. Navigating to it is tricky. There isn't much available parking immediately in front, but if you're willing to walk a short distance, plenty available nearby. If burgers, burritos, or black bean bowls are not calling your name that day, Teriyaki Madness is a good break.
