STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I had Jesus the owner build my vinyl fence this summer and he did nothing but LIE about the build of the fence. He told me 4x4 wood posts wrapped in vinyl. I had 2 five foot gates and a 12 ft gate put in. There are zero aluminum gate posts or wood. They screwed in a piece of 2x4 to attach the gate hinges. They used less than a bag of concrete on every post including the gates. This hurricane destroyed every aspect of the fence. Sheared off the posts. Worst quality fencing used. Now he will not respond to me to warrant his product or built. This guy is shady! Do not use Lemus Fence!! read more

I and my neighbor had them put in our fences---combo vinyl and black hain link. The middle one was a joint fence. Will list problems: 1- had to have them come back to tighten fence---did it in the dark!--could not see them; 2 -had to have them come back and paint part of the chain link fence it was so scratched; 3- the holes in the vinyl fence they made by mistake, they filled in with painted screws---looks terrible; 4- pushed to get paid before we had a chance to look at the "completed" job; 5-totally screwed up our sprinkler system (and our neighbors) by not paying attention where the lines were---have spent over $300.00 getting it repaired and still not finished with the repairs they caused; 6--no handles on gates ;7- neighbor's vinyl fence missing top caps. They were the only company who worked with us on the pricing. We got an awesome price for a new Vinyl Fence. Jesus' worked with us every step of the way. We got our fence installed in less than 2 weeks of signing contract. I have NEVER in my life been so impressed with the 2 guys who came to install our fence. Their attitude, workmanship, preciseness, and amazing TALENT was above and beyond anything I've experienced before when dealing with installers. Our fence not only turned out beautiful, it's perfectly even, they helped me by filling in the space below the fence with concrete, so my labordoodle doesn't try to dig.... We were promised fence repair in 3 weeks. It has now been two months and they keep saying they will show up and do the work in the next few days.. and then they blow us off again. They keep coming up with excuses, car accidents, flat tires,,,, promise to be back in two days.. then after another week, they have another problem.. I already paid them the deposit of course, and feel like they do nothing but drag this on... finally finished it and it looks good.. but this was super frustating experience... read more

DO NOT hire these people. They not only installed 96 feet of fence against code but also never bothered to concrete the posts.The best is that they sunk the screw heads so far into the wood, that we had to pry the boards apart to even find them. There are nails everywhere that don't even go into anything. They are lazy and sloppy. When the county came out to inspect, due to a neighbor complaining, they would not fix the panel and wanted to charge me $300 to fix their screw up. I've already reported them to the county and they will be looking into this and all of their jobs. I'm also contacting the better business bureau. Do you yourself a favor, cheap is not always better. Do not hire these people. I with I could leave a review with Zero stars. They are liars, lazy and sloppy and I will make sure EVERYONE knows! read more

We were scheduled at the beginning of the week to have our fence put up. As we stepped outside to take a peak we noticed the fence was moved in 12' from our original conversation with Jesus. We had the guys stop finishing the fence because we needed to talk to Jesus and the village about the issue. We were then told after they had started and started digging holes in our yard that North Port does not allow 6' privacy fences unless it is 12' from your property line. Normally this would be fine but at a point that would leave us only 3' from the house which there is a bedroom window and hardly enough room to walk through. At that point we had to make a decision on how we wanted to change the fence. We were told by the village that Jesus knows the rules and should have discussed this with us before he put the fence up. Well he obviously didn't do this. He promised it would be finished the next day. Then Jesus comes back the next day by himself to "finish" the fence. May I mention this is a small job. Our neighbors have a fence around one side and our backyard. So we were doing one side and closing off the other side that had an existing fence. We had the paper for him to get the permit signed and notarized and he knew we had it. Well Tuesday passes, still not done. Then he promises tomorrow. It's Wednesday he's working again by himself. We are outside in the backyard all day. He takes off and sends a text he had to leave because the village drove by several times and he didn't want to get fined and needs paperwork for the permit. He knew we were outside and could have simply asked for the paperwork he needed for the permit that was in our house. This was no excuse. May I also mention this whole time he has his trailer with material parked on our driveway. Also when he left he left material everywhere! He promises it will be done Thursday. Well Thursday it rains. Ruins all the concrete. He came by and said tomorrow (Friday because of the rain). Well we are at Friday and then the crew shows up without Jesus. They get everything up said they tried to call him but he wasn't answering because they needed additional material to finish the job including the concrete that got rained on the day before, which Jesus clearly knew after being there when it was raining. We ended up finding out these guys he hired are not even guys that work for him. Jesus calls and says I will be there later to finish the fence. Well let's just say he shows up so late in the evening he loses the sunlight. Then says he has to come back tomorrow and he will fill the posts with concrete. Now it's Saturday and he comes early and finishes it finally!!! Not exactly how he said he would. He said he put concrete in all the posts but we dug down and not all were filled with concrete. We told him we were very unhappy with his services. These pictures is what our house looked like for almost a few weeks. Unacceptable! I would not hire this guy unless you are patient, don't care about clear communication, and don't mind his mess. Ohh and last but not least we asked him about putting handles on the fence and instead of just doing it when he knew we were unhappy he told us we can go to Home Depot and buy them ourselves for $5.00. Not being able to walk my dog I wanted my fence installed as soon as possible. I found Lemus Fence online. Jesus the owner came out the next day and gave me a quote. He also understood my urgent need and called in backup help to fit my job into his schedule. The work was outstanding. In fact, his installer exceeded my expectation.
