Scam Company - Cherry Hill location. They are ripping people off, do not use!! 1. They tried to charge $450 to clean the outside unit. To simply hose out the pollen in 20 minutes. 2. They tried to get more money $2,500 by claiming the TXV (Thermal expansion valve) was damaged. I received a second quote from a reliable HVAC tech who said there was NOTHING wrong and confirmed Len the Plumber picked at something someone without HVAC knowledge would not be comfortable replacing. It's an attempt to hustle more money. 3. They sent over a salesman. Who gave an unrequested hour long "tutorial" on how AC units work... really wish I got that hour back. Blatant how to scam 101 tactics. Beware when they ask you to give a range on how much do you expect this to cost. They are going to quote you as high as possible. BUT if you agree to the new install RIGHT NOW, we are going to knock $2,000 off the cost BUT only if you agree right here right now... that's not how this process works, don't fall for it!! I called out Rehmann plumbing to quote my collapsed sewer line, under my concrete slab which was backing up into my adjacent basement floating slab floor, Dan Rehmann quoted $16,500. 2-3 day job. I guess that was his I don't wanna do it price. I called a second plumbing service in my area, Blackwood NJ, dude came right out, and I told him where the break was based on Dan's scope of my pipe. He quoted my $5,500, w/o finished concrete floor. 1 day, we'd be showering that same night Then I called Len, who sent out Douglas. Doug scoped my basement clean-out as far as it would allow him as it stopped. Then he insisted finding the street side clean out as per his company's procedure. I had to get the MUA out to mark the location because it was underground. Doug scoped my sewer main from the street to the house and determined it was collapsed. Insurance only wanted to pay for a 3x3 opening in the concrete (they don't pay the plumber or for plumbing materials). Doug explained that if he opened up a 3x3 foot area only he wouldn't be able to determine how far back the pipe is splintered. Therefore, he said it needed to be opened up from where it goes into the slab out to the break. Doug spoke to my adjuster while I was on the phone with him and within 15 minutes the insurance adjuster sent me an additional $3,500! Len cost my insurance Travelers, $6,600 but it also came with a 5 year warranty! Len The Plumber has a super helpful crew. Knowledgeable about their work. Didn't get annoyed with my questions (I am an engineer and ask because I need to know). They covered EVERYTHING in my den and put plastic to cordone off the kitchen from the den. Set up fans. Laid down a heavy plastic. jack hammered, excavated broken pipe and determined where they wanted to connect the new pvc to the cast iron. I did lift up my flooring planks and numbered them to roll the vapor barrier back. So they could work on solid concrete. Took the crew of three from about 0900-1430. read more

We were charged $537.00 to replace a Capacitor that is a $25.00 part and took exactly 21 minutes total to repair. I was sold on a heating and plumbing plan. After ten months, I never saw the specific service the plan described. I emailed the exact address to cancel, but I never heard back. I called the company and received an argument and refusal to cancel. Just a word of advice: Be very cautious with this company. I feel they are very expensive. They've proven to me they are only looking to sell services instead of standing behind their service and actually fixing their mistakes. There is very little quality.
