Our bookkeeper wants us to pull a report for the past year of banking transactions. I went to login using the same login we've had since we opened the account. It turns out that MidFirst DISABLED our login to our own account. We cannot access our business records or banking. I called their commercial customer support. They were closed. I called the next day, they said they are unable to restore online access unless someone comes in person to their branch. This is horribly inconvenient to me, since I live on the other side of the country now. We are unable to perform our tax accounting, or access our records because MidFirst DISABLED out login with NO WARNING, and refuses to restore our access.
