Joe Martinez is my account manager I believe, I have to say that I have had the worst year of my life. By losing my car to a total loss accident having to buy another car, I was financed thru challenge. I was then robbed, lost 3 family members and had a surgery to be robbed again a month a ago via the internet thieves. Joe has never once ever made me feel less than human like most people collecting late payments tend to treat you like a scumbag. I am a hard working mom and he always finds a way to tell me that we will work it out and even when it is bad news he delivers it with such eloquence that it is easy to swallow and he has NEVER led me into a trap or made me feel like I cannot catch up. so thank you Joe for everything you do and continue to do for me. I hate my interest rate but they more than make up for that in service and dedication to their customers. I would finance again and again if Joe could be my account manager. read more

My choice of stars is ONLY towards Olivia in collections at Challenge Financial. I will start with the ONLY positive. Olivia is my savior (so to speak) AND AN ASSET to Challenge Financial. She is the ONLY one that worked with me to avoid this company garnishing my wages. Prior to talking to her I was yelled at when I spoke to other collections representatives. It was a living hell. Olivia has the knowledge that "you get more with honey than salt." I recently was so overwhelmed that I thought I would declare bankruptcy but that was a dead end due to the equity in our home being too much. So I called Olivia to get payments started again and still her tone wasn't abrupt mean in any way as a collection representative. She is reassuring at a 100% . Sara A. Has been my main contact throughout the loan process, to date of about 10 months now, and she really has gone the extra mile to ensure the loan stays in tact regardless of the scenario. I hit a few months where work has slowed down and has drastically affected my income and they have worked with me every step of the way. All they ask is that you keep in communication with them. Going into a Buy Here Pay Here situation you expect higher payments/interest rates. But to get a company that actually doesn't want to pull the car out from underneath you every chance they get is a breath of fresh air.
