I would not recommend Big Show Autos to anyone, WHATSOEVER! I bought a 2021 Suburban from Blake a few months back and although the sales process was fluid and had no issues, after I drove away I have had nothing but problems with the vehicle and Blake has hidden his head in the sand and won't stand behind what he sold me - although he told me he would when I brought it to his attention. There is a laundry list of issues that the vehicle has and after spending the amount of money that I did on it I don't feel that I should have to settle and accept it as is and any reputable dealer would make it right for their customer. The list being as long as it is, the major issue is that the vehicle leaks profusely when you wash it... like a couple of gallons into the rear cargo area. The back is ruined and it now stinks inside and is almost unbearable with the heat outside and will mold at some point in time. This is a serious problem and not an easy fix and I feel that Blake should honor his word and work with me to develop a resolution that I (the customer) am happy with. I requested that I trade the vehicle back in and get another one and I told him that I was even willing to pay up to an additional $10K on a newer one so that he wasn't left with the total short end of the straw, which I thought was more than fair given the circumstances. Blake told me that he needed just a bit of time to figure out how to make it work for both of us and he would call me back within 48 hours to discuss in more detail and work things out, which he in fact did not do and I have been trying to get in touch with him since with multiple phone calls/voicemails, text messages and emails and have had no communication from him whatsoever. I understand that things happen, and that's not what I am upset about, its how you deal with it when it happens and support those who support you and clearly Blake isn't a business man with integrity or ethics and it's only fair that I expose this in hopes of nobody else having to experience this. Use my terrible experience as a learning lesson and don't let yourself get in to a position where Big Show Autos will not take care of you after the sale! read more

FYI if you are working with or have worked with Blake scheurn buyer beware ! I purchased a 2007 Chevy 2500 that was per him a one owner in immaculate shape. No wrecks no worries it was someone they at the dealer knew. Skip forward 2 years and now when I go to Trade in the truck I'm the 4th owner and the truck had been in a fire!! Shame on me for not getting the car fax but with the story I was given and the trustworthy Blake portrayed didn't seem necessary.
