Parking can be limited on high flow times so plan to arrive a bit before your appointment. The waiting area is comfortable and well maintained with seven seats. "No food or drink" are allowed. There is a television turned to New England Cable News for those in the waiting area. Reception will ask for the patient insurance card and referral. The former will be photocopied. He is absolutely amazing at his work. He is perfectionist. It takes a little while to get comfortable with his accent, although the supportive staff always do a fab job in making you comfortable. I got two front teeth implants done with him and it was a perfectly done. Its been 2 years since i got the implants and they are holding up so well. People dont even notice that i have had implants. I had a mixed experience with this office. The dentists and dental assistants were consistently…read morekind, professional, and did great work--I truly appreciated their care. Unfortunately, my interactions with the front desk were the complete opposite. When I recently called because I've been in significant discomfort and unable to eat properly for about a week, I was met with a lack of empathy. Instead of trying to help or offer solutions, I was told, "Well, if you hadn't missed your last appointment then you wouldn't be having this issue." I understand that missed appointments can be frustrating, but life happens, and patients deserve to be treated with basic respect and compassion--especially when they are in pain and asking for help. The response I received felt dismissive and unnecessarily rude. Because of this experience, I won't be returning, which is disappointing given how positive the clinical care has been. I hope the office takes feedback like this seriously and improves the way patients are treated at the front desk.
