Just walked out of Lenny's unhappy, no pissed would be a better word to describe it. We have ordered take out before but never eaten there. At the counter, I asked a young woman who worked there if they had table service. She said they would bring the pizza out to the table. I said OK and asked for a large cheese pizza. She asked if we wanted to pay then or later. Later. I replied. We went to a table and patiently waited for our pizza. After 20 minutes, I walked to the counter and asked a different woman about our food. She looked at the register and asked if I paid. I said no. She responded, we don't start anything without payment. That's not what the other woman said, I tried to explain. She tried to offer us a medium pizza that was ready that someone ordered for pickup . My wife declined the medium pie. The woman told her cook to start a large pizza. The younger woman came back to the area and was questioned about my order. She said I never placed an order. She said that I had not paid. I asked them why would we be sitting in their restaurant for 20 minutes if we didn't order. In any restaurant I worked in, a server would ask a seated customer if everything was OK. So the young order taker said I never ordered the pizza and I was right there listening. She basically accused me of lying while she was the one that didn't tell the truth. I lost it and said Bullshit! I turned around and went to our table and yelled to my wheelchair bound wife "We're out of here!" My wife is upset because she really likes the pizza here. I told her that I will never order from there again. I worked in the food industry for years and it's not an easy profession to be in. The customer is not always right but the customer is the customer. Try not to piss them off. Just because you have a good product in a niche environment serving Kosher food, doesn't mean you can afford to upset your customers. read more

This place never disappoints. The slices are huge, the toppings are piled on, and their mushroom & black olive slice is my absolute favorite. Two slices easily cover lunch for four days. I'm always happy to come back here. read more

Fantastic pizza spot! I had the regular slice and the baked ziti slice--both were excellent. If you order by the slice (instead of a whole pie), be ready, because the slices are HUGE. They always have a great 2-slices-and-a-drink special, which is an awesome value. Service was friendly and incredibly fast--our fresh pie was ready in under 15 minutes. Easy parking too, which is a big plus compared to busier spots. The atmosphere has a great vibe: clean, professional, and welcoming. This pizza has no faults. Not too much of any one topping, crust that's not flimsy and is crunchy on the bottom. Sauce is perfect, cheese is balanced and when you take a bite you aren't over powered by any one taste- it's the exemplary slice. And the most memorable part- pictured below are 2 slices of a "House Pie"- not available for take out as a whole pie. Why not? It's a 32 inch pizza! Amazing and highly recommended. She then said some not nice things about how this is how kosher places treat people etc. she threatens to leave a negative review so this should balance it out. Super friendly and the pizza by the slice is huge!!!! Plenty of parking and very clean. It's a kosher place so they have a nice washing station that's easily accessible. We also tried the spinach roll ups. Those are good too. I would have like more mushrooms on my pizza though. read more

I went to pick up an order for an event after Shabbos. I was told by the restaurant to pick up at 7:45 P.M., yet when I entered the restaurant at 8:00 P.M. I was immediately yelled at by the Supervisor before I could say anything because, "we're not open yet " (there was already a customer standing inside waiting). Immediately after this, the Supervisor let someone else in that he recognized with a much friendlier tone. After I had a chance to explain myself, the Supervisor still had the confidence to assert that he was right and I was wrong, and that I should talk to the Owner if I had a problem. The pizza wasn't that great and the customer service ensured that I am never going to this restaurant again. read more

South Florida continues to disappoint when it comes to kosher pizza. It's a one and done. I ordered on uber eats on a Saturday night to be delivered between 8-8:30. Didn't see the email from uber eats until 8:20 that the order was canceled. Called Lenny's at 8:21 and they told us to try again. Uber eats wasn't working so the guy on the phone said he will put the order through and took out credit card info. At 9:05 we still haven't received our order so we call and tell them we haven't received it. He said we don't have your order (but we were charged for it). Lenny was extremely rude and yelling at us about our order. At 9:45 we still don't have our food. When I spoke to the owner I said you should know in the food industry that the customer is always right. Lenny said the customer isn't always right and you're not right because you didn't order from uber eats well yes we did and then when we ordered right from the restaurant itself they charged us but didn't send us anything. Update as I'm writing this at 9:50 our pizza arrived. We ordered 1 cheese, 1 tomato and onion and 1 veggie. We got 3 cheese pizzas that were undercooked. read more

My 2yr old son just started classes a few doors down and we decided to stop for pizza after and let me tell you, one of the best pizzas I've had in a long time, but don't take it from me normally my son will only eat the cheese off pizza and toss the rest in true toddler nature, but he really chowed down, didn't leave behind a crumb. high remarks from the worlds pickiest kiddo. Went there tonight to eat in the sukkah they were not busy when we arrived at 4:20 pm placed an order for a 10 inch gluten free pie and one lasagna and two diet cokes . Twenty five minutes later never got them and everyone else seemed to get there food and many others picked up orders and placed them . We came from Coral Springs to eat in the sukkah as we had an issue with ours and we asked what happened to our order and they scrambled all over and then said the order was never placed . This was a huge problem as my husband needed to be back in Coral Springs to daven at 6-15 and we had to leave an find another restaurant with a sukkah we come to Lenny's a lot . They refunded the money and never even apologized. Shame on them I will never eat at your restaurant again and I'm embarrassed for you . read more

Lenny's pizza is not even good, nothing special. I asked my buddy to pick up a pizza with one topping and then I asked him how much it was. He told me it was $26. I looked at the menu online and it was substantially less. I called Lenny's's and the girl working there said that the prices on the Internet are different than the prices at the restaurant. Really? First time ever heard that. I called Jon's kosher pizza in Boca and they quoted $22 for the same pizza. Why is there a four-dollar difference? I'll stick with Rave or Jons and I think you should too. If I could give this zero stars I would. Went here with my elderly grandparents whose enthusiasm was met by the owner who first pretended he was someone else, then became brash and rude. When my grandmother asked for a menu, the owner curtly responded, "Pizza," and when she asked if there was anything else, he slammed a take-out menu onto the counter. Later, as another older gentleman wearing a mask tried to place an order, the owner cut him off and demanded that he remove his mask, then moved back to another customer before the gentleman had an opportunity to respond. As far as kosher pizza goes, it's fine. As far as pizza goes, I wouldn't feed the leftovers to my dog. With mediocre pizza like this maybe better customer service would help. read more

Now my favorite NY style pizza in Boca. The made me a fresh pie in less than 15 minutes. Crispy crust underneath with chewy cornicione. Perfect ratio of cheese to sauce and sauce was great balance of tomato acidity and sweetness. Glad I found this place. read more

It's just awful, ordered a small 10" pie on line, ($16.99) after arriving g at the pick up time to get it,it was not what I ordered. I asked for no jalapeños and light cheese. Ordered from there today. 2 slices and a potato knish. Pizza was just ok and the Knish was the worst I've ever eaten,took one bite and threw it in the garbage, it was tasteless! Beware before ordering here in person! I Walked in excited to order 5-6 pizza pies for a birthday New Year's party and I was met with the rudest employee I think I've ever come across in my life. Worldwide. Her name was Lucinda. She acted as if ordering was inflicting suffering on her like I was asking her a favor and ruining her day. With such rudeness like I was an enemy to her vs a customer. I asked her in shock, is everything ok? And she said "we have our own family party here that we want to have here tonight. So we can't do delivery." I didn't even say "delivery only" I just was asked options and items for a big order. It was all "we can't do this." She went from being able to have the pizza ready at 6pm, to 3pm because their pizza guy wasn't showing up, but even for 3pm delivery she walked away mid order when I added "Greek pie" on and came back and answered the phone to another customer while I stood there confused. When she left the counter I asked the pizza maker what happened here? Why is she being so rude and what can I do to turn this around? And he was just defensive of her and said over and over clearly being passive aggressive "I hear you I hear you." I never go out of my way to write reviews but that left me feeling awful. Completely ruined my morning with bad negative rude energy. I went with a friend. We shared a mushroom cheese calzone (superb: crispy crust, delicious filling), a slice of pizza with some toppings (excellent flavor, med-thin crispy crust) and an order of yam fries (totally fattening but delicious and a HUGE portion). We were able to eat at a table outdoors, which I preferred. The place has no atmpsphere (like any other pizzeria) but the food was great and everything appeared clean. Being from Israel and than NJ, I am very picky about my pizza and specially about my falafels. It was all delicious and very reasonably priced. I just told many of my friends about this place.
