Where to start? This place is a vibe all-around! Service was excellent, the food was amazing. If I had to recommend ONE pie, it would be the pistachio pizza-- seriously packs a punch! From sweet (honey) to salty (cheese) and everything in between. I visited with two others (3 total, including myself) and we also ordered the chicken wings. Would also recommend! This pie felt like I was eating dessert before dinner, but still tasted and felt just as satiating as the pepperoni pizza. Would highly recommend if you're up in the Boca Raton area looking for a quick bite, evening with friends or date night. This spot has it all.

Solid sourdough pizza option for the area. Friendly staff and creative daily specials. We had 2 of the 3 daily pizza specials. The fennel and sausage delivered a savory and fulfilling experience. Zucchini with mozzarella and ricotta was a nice counterbalance. Definitely, a place I would returned to when craving gourmet style sourdough pizza. In the morning I wasn't feeling bloated. Yeah sourdough!

Artisan Pizza. GOOD. Surprisingly flavorful Slices which I wasn't expecting from a Pizza which was thin as a Cracker and extremely small in size. I'd RECOMMEND coming to this Pizzeria for an occasional treat but due to the size and price of the Pizza I'd say...WALK DON'T RUN.

If you're a pizza lover who appreciates quality ingredients and creative flavor combos, How Ya Dough'n is a must-visit. I started with the Shroom Toast, which was packed with roasted mushrooms, whipped ricotta, and fresh herbs on thick sourdough. Simple, flavorful, and beautifully balanced. For pizza, I watched both the OG and the Pistachio pies being made, and they did not disappoint. The OG is a classic done right: San Marzano tomato sauce, mozzarella, basil, and garlic oil on their house-fermented sourdough crust. It's light, chewy, and perfectly blistered. The Pistachio pizza was the standout though, which is topped with mozzarella, Havarti, pecorino, crushed pistachios, truffle oil, and a touch of honey. It's sweet, savory, nutty, and absolutely delicious. I ended the meal with a scoop of pistachio gelato and a warm chocolate chip cookie...delicious! You can tell they care about every detail here, from crust to dessert. The staff was friendly, the space was clean, and the quality is just next level. I'll definitely be back!

I heard about this place and how they used sourdough for the pizza, and I had to try it! Overall it was a pleasant, tasteful and fresh pizza! The service was amazing and the restaurant was clean and cute! It is on the pricey side. Paid $4 for just a small bottle of coke, but it was all worth it!

Meh, apologies for my marker being low on ink

It was trhe perfect destination for lunch as we wanted lunch but not a major sit down place as we were later than we thought. I learned about Carrot Express from a Yelp event and I knew it was perfect for her. We both had 1/2 Tuna on a Ciabatta roll and soup. I loved the Gaspacho. It was light and perfectly made, fesh veggies and the proper amount of vinegar. I generally do not eat tuna salad in restaurants because they use chunk white tuna. Carrot Express is fresh and white tuna as was surprisingly excellent. The addition of avocado and a small amount of alfalfa sprouts waas different and tasty.,tomato with tuna is always lovely. Sister in law felt the soup was tasty and she also agreed the tuna tuna was excellent. As a first time customer my sister in law was given a piece of carrot cake. We shared and completely loved it. I usually am not a fan. I guess my previous experiences were poorly made because this was excellent! Thank you Carrot Express for a tasty experience.

Well yesterday I had a cardio workout after work and I decided it was a day for a solo pizza. I checked on line as I was going to pick it up on my way home, and I saw they had calzones. Why not mix it up? After a quick and easy stop in, where they comp'd me a dessert pizza, I was home. I should add, the fella I picked up from was was a young guy, but overly polite and focused on getting me the right order. Honestly not that common these days. Cut to getting home and opening the boxes. The calzone didn't look like much(the picture shows the average looking calzone), but was a tasty dinner. Really, the marinara dipping sauce made the dinner, and me adding a couple vegetable to the dish. The dessert pizza they added for veterans was a neat treat. I could eat it all of course, but was a tasty after bite that I saved some for the next day. It was my first calzone in a while, and I can say worth it. And last time the pizza was one of the best around,

My online order was ready and they were friendly. I'll be sure to dine in soon. We ordered the Star Luca, Nutella Pizza, and a side of ranch. The Star Luca was the standout, I liked how thin the crust was and the corners of the star crust with ricotta. The crust was light and airy, my favorite kind. The ranch was also tasty. Nutella pizza was decent. I'm not the biggest Nutella fan, but I loved that this was a dessert option. My boyfriend loved it. Overall, I would recommend Mister O1. It's a solid pizza place in Boca Raton.

Did you know the Crispy Poblano chicken salad is their most ordered item on the menu? It is my favorite too. The chicken has a great flavor and the crispness of the chicken is not too fried. I like the pickled onions and how it blends well with the dressing. The cotija cheese doesn't have a little of flavor but is ok. This time the bread had more flavor. Maybe because I ordered from a different location. I enjoyed the salt and vinegar chips. They were crisp and went well with my salad.

I ordered the Tomato Cream Gnocchi and my boyfriend had the Mediterranean Combo. No exaggeration but this was the best gnocchi I've ever had. The dish changed my view on gnocchi and I'm now a converted fan. The texture was pillow soft with a bit of spring. The magic of this dish is how simple yet delicious it is. I loved a simple dish done well. The Mediterranean combo was a special of the night and it came with prawns, branzino, fried anchovies, and a salad. The combo was also just as goods. The seasoning was yet again, simple but delicious. The prawns were succulent, fish was high quality, and the fried anchovies surprised me. I loved all the proteins. I also tried the squid ink pasta and the seafood linguini. Both were good but the squid ink pasta was unique. I can't put my finger on the flavor but I liked it. Service was incredible and the chef was kind. He came out to talk to us and explained some of the dishes. The restaurant is homey and cozy. I felt like I was in Sicily. Overall, I highly recommend Savia. I can't wait to come back and try more.

They prefaced the meal with saying service can be slow, but will be worth the wait. Boy were they right. My half-Sicilian mother in law said the arancini are the best arancini she's ever had, and she goes back to Italy (mainland, albeit not Sicily) semi-frequently. But the experience itself, even with slow service; was amazing. It's intimate, they don't rush you, and you can tell they love their regulars.
