I can honestly say that when it comes to appliances, Len's is in a class by themselves. I have had every one of my home appliances serviced by Elliot (or another repair professional) of Len's and not only does he provide unequaled service at a very fair price, he has always been easy to contact with any follow up questions, etc.. In addition, he is a consummate professional in that he is always on time, always explains everything clearly and always exceeds our expectations and needs! In addition, anyone I have ever interacted with at Len's (whether it be the one of the people who answers the phone in their office or another who would call to follow up and make sure I was happy with their service) is always courteous, helpful and professional. It's really mind boggling that in this age of automated service (with choosing phone option 1, 2 or 3), Len's always manages to do things the old fashioned way, doing the job correctly the first time - I can honestly say that customer service and attention to detail is their primary focus! With this said, I highly recommend using Len's for any home appliance repair needs, Elliot and his team are a reminder of "old school" service partnered with the latest technology to diagnose your appliance's problem and get it repaired in the most effective and efficient manner possible! I have used Len's Appliance 3 or 4 times over the last 3 years. Once to fix a Lieberr fridge that had a defective thermostat, once to fix a dying Whirlpool washer/dryer and once to fix a crappy 3rd party installation of a new washer/dryer. I dealt exclusively with their main repairman Roger and his apprentice and I have been unbelievably satisfied with the work. Roger comes on time and always calls ahead to give you warning that he is on his way. He cuts it straight with you and tells you up front what the repair will cost before he begins. He is extremely professional and clean. He pulled out my washer/dryer from my closet and used blankets to insure that my floors were not damaged. I suppose the one caveat is that they are not the cheapest game in town. $75 minimum for a visit plus additional labor and parts charges. But to me, you get what you pay for. My refrigerator broke down and I called Len's Appliance to repair it. Although the fee of $190 ($175 + tax) seemed a bit high to send out a repairman to look it it, that is all I paid. Elliot the owner got involved and called the manufacturer the next day on my behalf. Elliot was kind, understanding and responsive! In the end, the manufacturer deemed it a defective unit and it was replaced with a brand new model and installed by a different company. Excellent experience and honest repair guy (Roger was the tech assigned to help me). I asked them to help fix my Liebherr fridge. The receptionist on the phone was very polite and helped me get a quick repair appointment. Roger quickly diagnosed my problem and spent a lot of time answering my questions and going over the projected cost of repair vs a new unit. He even picked up my call later when I had additional questions. I felt like he really knew his stuff but also was honest and not trying to rip me off. Highly recommended. read more

Len's Appliance is a wonderful family owned business. They have consistently serviced my 20 year Viking range over the years. Parts wear out and I appreciate and value their advice. Some things obviously need to be replaced but others (ie oven light) do not. Anthony basically saved our Thanksgiving by coming out twice in ten days.
