Bob was great to work with and fast when installing the garage doors - he checked in with us every step of the way, and the doors work and look great. The garage doors have black handles and tinted windows and look amazing - now the interior of the garage is much brighter and it makes it seem bigger. When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

They came highly recommended to me by my carpenter/contractor (no longer using him). They had excellent references (probably friends). They took money up front to purchase the wood from a "mill". Instead they stiffed 2 different wood companies and left me with 2 liens on the house. Brent, when I confronted him about weeks and weeks of delays in coming to work the project and refusal to pay anymore until the job was completed, took the remaining wood he had not installed (stole it) and walked off the job. Never hire them. They are just low level crooks. By the way, they took my money and went on the Duck Dynasty Cruise last July 2014.
