I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

Peter is probably one of the most professional contractors I've ever hired. He confirmed the start of the project the day before, showed up on time every day of our 3-4 day project, finished at a decent hour (so we could have our evenings to ourselves), and kept me informed about the progress of the project every step of the way. Everything was contracted and professionally handled in terms of invoicing. He made suggestions for how to improve the appearance of our home in certain places and gave us up-front pricing about every additional change we could add on if we wanted (we took all of his suggestions and so glad we did!). He paid such great attention to detail, fixing so many errors throughout the house that previously were there...things I didn't even know needed fixing! So many of our doors were not sealed correctly and the flooring was all a mess, they fixed it all for us. They have their own experienced crew and do not use sub contractors. I was shocked by how much work their installers accomplished in just one day! All we needed to do was remove books and lamps and items from the closet floors. The two guys did all the rest of the furniture moving. Anyone who has bought wall to wall carpeting can tell you that the cost is one thing but the installation is everything! All of our seams are invisible and the stairway has complicated wrap-around steps and posts at the bottom that looks like the carpet has just grown around the posts! Also, I provided a handful of screws and they fixed a squeaky spot in our bedroom floor, after 30 years of suffering! I DO NOT!! recommend this business based on my experience…read more After being charged the full amount for my flooring order by the salesmen Aerial when we were originally told we would be paying for 1/2 the cost upfront, I repeatedly tried to get answers about the charge and my order status. I was told a sales representative would call me back, but that never happened. Weeks later, I was still having to chase down information ourselves, often being met with rude and dismissive responses. More than 7 weeks after ordering, we had received no proactive updates and were beyond the quoted delivery timeframe. When we called for answers, we were simply told the flooring had not shipped. I decided to cancel the order and request a refund. The day before going to the store, I spoke with Dean, who became defensive and argumentative rather than helping resolve the issue. When I arrived at the store to request my refund in person, I was told no manager was available to process it. After weeks of delays, poor communication, and being unable to obtain my refund, I called the police for assistance. Only after the police were called did the store agree to process my refund. It took the Police to come for them to finally be able to give me my refund. I was then trespassed from the store for being upset about the situation. About 10 minutes after leaving, I received a call from Tom, who identified himself as the owner's son, asking whether I had received my refund. After confirming that I had, I was threatened by comments made during that conversation regarding returning to the store, despite the fact that I had already been trespassed and had no intention of going back. The flooring delay was frustrating, but the lack of communication, rude customer service, difficulty obtaining a refund, and overall handling of the situation were far more disappointing. Customers deserve better.
