This is a really big open store ! My husband just started going here since Sears in BP closed down. They are affordable and very helpful. I like how seriously they have taken the pandemic and they limit the amount of people allowed in the store at one time. Their selection is pretty big as well. They have all the top designer frames and are fairly priced. It looks lien they actually manufacture the prescription lenses on site as well. read more

Probably the worst experience I've ever had with a doctor. Dr Kimberly Pham is condescending and rude. She does not listen to try to understand the speaker. She interrupts and talks to you like you're a nuisance. She needs to develop some reflective listening skills and understand that she's dealing with PEOPLE and that their eyesight is important to them, even if it's not to her. I am a business owner and would never speak to my customers the way she speaks to her patients. In the future, I will make sure I'm never seen by her. I told her about my issue with her bedside manner and she rejected it my feedback. Getting your glasses is very quick and the rest of the staff is lovely, especially Shannon. read more

My fiancee and I were out of town on vacation and his eyeglasses fell apart on him. This was not a good situation he needed them for our 8 hour ride home. We called Lens Crafters and they told us that even though we did not buy them from Lens Crafters to bring them in and they would make the repair, when we got there JJ helped us with great service at no charge! I normally wouldn't write a review about LensCrafters but they were awesome I absolutely had to. My hubby and I were at Disneyland when he broke his glasses while on the Matterhorn. The girls at LensCrafters were BEYOND helpful, getting us in as quickly as possible so we could go back to Disneyland and enjoy the rest of our trip. This review is for LensCrafters, La Palma, it is my mission to let patients know to avoid this place now March 2022, I had an appointment, gave them all my insurance information, including my spouse Social so they could verify my insurance benefits. They didn't do that, they didn't call me back and they were going to charged me FULL PRICE for an eye exam. The staff is disorganized, although they apologized for this I don't accept their apology. Came for an emergency eye visit during this covid19 pandemic. I can't express my gratitude and my overall satisfaction with my visit on 5/9/2020. First I'd like to recognize they are taking safety measures before even walking in . Only person allowed is one being helped and masks are mandatory. This makes me feel so at ease. I took my glasses in to have the lens out back into the rim. I expected to leave it for a few days, but Shannon, the manager, took the glasses and repaired them and adjusted the fit within 10 minutes. I then asked about my insurance benefits since I want to purchase a new pair of glasses and she looked it up and gave me a print out that explained everything. I was impressed by the quick and pleasant service and will be returning shortly to purchase my new pastor of glasses. read more

This location, Anaheim, and this one only is the best LensCrafters around. Tina is amazing and so friendly and helpful. From the minute I walked in she greeted me with a smile. She was efficient and knowledgeable. I didn't have an appointment but she was able to take me right to the chair. And the best part ever.....she was able to have my glasses done WHILE I waited! This location was completely amazing. I was taken care of so well by Jennifer and Dr.Pham. Jennifer really helped me throughout the whole process and made you feel comfortable through that as well. Dr.Pham was so pleasant and knowledgeable I def will come back because of them, and the positive vibe I felt there. I was able to get my glasses an hour after and I got the perfect pair as well. Zero cost w. Insurance¡! Yes yes yes. Don't be talked into some fancy high dollar glasses if all you need is driving or TV watching like me. Avoid any unessisary extras like reflective coating, do I care I'd some one sees tla refection in my glasses while I drive Uhmmm no, big no these ar gimmicks make you pay more. Stick with the free stuff you can't go wrong. They will try hard to sell you though so I deducted 1star. read more

Unbelievable, I have never had worse service at LensCrafters, the workers seem helpful but do not care at all. Today 7/6/24, I booked an afternoon appointment, I showed up 20 minutes early, and the lady at the counter tells me I am too early. She tells me to wait and she will check me in. Having never been to this lenscrafter, I walked around and then sat down. 30 minutes go by and I wonder why I haven't been called, so I walked up to the desk and a different employee tells me I WAS NEVER CHECKED IN. They try to see if they can fit me in, but they can't. I had planned my only day off (today) for this and they can't fit me in for a mistake THEY made, all while I was IN THE STORE the whole time. No one helps and I've wasted over an HOUR for nothing and cannot/will not be able to reschedule for some time. There are over 5 employees gossiping the whole time about who knows what, and the lady who told me to wait, pretends to say that I had filled out paperwork and that it was my fault for not walking over to the doctor. The whole ordeal makes me wonder why I even come to lenscrafter if this is the experience they offer. Will never come again. read more

Edit: As forewarned, they NEVER got back to me about my prescription glasses being ready, and I had to call them to double-check the status of my order. This was even though during my in-office visit, I was told I'd receive a text whenever my order was ready. I was helped by Natalie and Dr. Winkler, and had the best experience with both of them; easily the best experience I've had for an eye appointment in my entire life. Both of them were kind and personable and explained what they were doing every step of the way, and made me feel comfortable and well-cared for. Afterward, Natalie helped me out with purchasing some new frames and helpfully explained what my insurance covered and clarified the costs of each pair of glasses I ordered. Reading some reviews saying they never got calls/texts back re: their prescription glasses orders, so I'll see what happens in the next couple weeks with my pairs, but I remain optimistic that their customer service will be prompt and timely as it was when I went in person. read more

Current here, on time for a pre booked and confirmed appt. If you come here, be prepared to wait. I compare the wait Time to buying a car, or getting a new phone. An hour and a half latter, still not through the whole eye exam. I was going to buy 3 pairs of lenses, 2 transitions, and 1 polorized sunglasses for the Ray Bans I had shipped here. The inside of this lenscrafters is really nice. They have alot of selections for frames. The station where they make the glasses is huge you can see in it. Overall its nice. But the outside is not so pretty to be honest. Around the area it just looks not clean. The outside of the windows are not in good condition. But they have alot of new technology with regards to eye check ups. Its pretty neat what they have come up with in optometry. The optometrist i saw she was wonderful. I forgot her name. I continue to go to this location because its close to me. And everyone here is pretty nice. read more

Mrs Shannon is a very great employee who is very knowledgable about the products Lens Crafter has to offer and tries her best to find the right glasses frame for me. She also helped me booked other appointments at this same lens crafter which helped me get my prescription fixed and once again helped me find another pair of glasses I really liked. Tina! The miracle worker! I came in, impromptu, to see if the can adjust my sunglasses which were off on my face because I recently sat on them and the arm broke off. I had it soldered and fixed but needed a slight adjustment. As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a nice and friendly smile, asked me what can I help you with, and told her my dilemma. She kindly asked me to sit down while she took my sunglasses--and by the way, I brought in another pair of eyeglasses, both of which were not purchased here--and told me if anything happens, LensCrafters is not liable. I consented. Less than 10 minutes, she came out, cheery and friendly and said, "here you go!" I tried them on--boom! Perfect fit. I had a great experience here! It was my first time getting prescription glasses and the entire staff was friendly and the store itself is very clean. They were able to schedule me the same day and they have a great variety of frames to choose from. This place was ok but if you get stuck with JJ then you're in for a long visit. This guy doesn't know how to do his job, he asks questions constantly and he doesn't know how to spell anything. For example He didn't know how to pop lenses out of glasses. My patience almost ran out with this guy. Even during our check out process he didn't know which machine worked. I'm not sure how new he is but I believe he needs to be retrained or have someone shadow him. We only came to this location because Cerritos didn't have any appointments available. read more

While playing with my kids during a Disney Christmas trip, I accidentally broken the wire framing on my glasses. I came across this place on Christmas Eve and the customer service was great! The lady immediately told me she can get them fixed and to wait 10-15 minutes. Less than five minutes later they were fixed and I was on my way. Stay away if you can. The middle aged white lady who works here is the worst. She's unfriendly and rude. I think she's a manager from the sounds of how she talks to her employees (unfortunately). I walked in, was NOT greeted. She was standing at the front desk but apparently a hi isn't something they do here. Started to look at glasses while she stood behind her reception desk. Not once was I approached. I was there for about 20-30 minutes. I noticed someone else walked in and asked her a question, "I'm here to pick up glasses." He said. "Go over there" she said as she pointed to the pick up area in a rude matter. Saw some glasses I liked but I preferred to go elsewhere instead as people like her give customer service a bad name. read more
