Not impressed with this place. They put a hold on your insurance. I'm not sure why? Just causes more work for me. Had to call and remove the hold. Extra step, extra work. Unacceptable. Will not be returning. read more

They have a new store manager and she was professional, friendly and very helpful. I was able to schedule an eye exam for the same day that I came into the store. Dr. Lidia Sistick performed my eye exam and did a great job. The other staff members were also very professional, friendly and helpful. The store was very clean with a large selection of frames and lens to choose from. I ended up ordering a pair of Ray Bans for my new sunglasses. read more

I was down at Sunglass Hut trying to have a pair of my sunglasses adjusted. She wasn't able to help me much so she sent me to Lens crafters where they fixed them perfectly without hesitation! While there I had mentioned that I have never had an eye exam. They were pretty surprised given. *ahem* my advanced age. I just recently started needing readers so I never really had a need for glasses. But they got me in right away. My eye exam revealed that I needed bifocals . Can I feel any older? I picked out an adorable pair of Tiffany glasses, which will be ready in 10 days. The process was painless. Be prepared to spend quite a bit out of pocket though. Ouch. read more

My very first time using this company and I'm so glad that I did. The level of service and care was amazing. I was never pressured into higher options when selecting my eyewear but given detailed information on what was available and what the options entailed. I can't wait for my glasses to come back so i can work on ordering a second pair. Great experience with the front office staff and the doctor. read more

Came hear for my sons glasses after his exam at another place that wasn't able to fit him for glasses that day. We walked in without an appointment they were friendly and very helpful. Our insurance was a pain but the guy that helped me continued to until we got it figured out. He was patient even when dealing with another customers insurance at the same time. It's a couple months later now & I am booking an appointment for my other son to have an eye exam here. read more

I LOVE this specific Lenscrafters store! I have been to a few different stores, but the staff at this location was wonderful! My Husband and I decided rather quickly that we needed new glasses and contacts. We walked into the store, on a Saturday, during the Holiday shopping season no less, expecting to have to make an appointment and go back. Within minutes we were able to see Dr. Fairless. He was great! All the staff was very nice, professional, and helpful. We even needed to exchange my husband pair of frames and we were able to do that without a problem!! read more

My mom had her eyes examined pre covid but wanted me to help her pick out her new glasses. We went once the store reopened. We were welcomed by Julie. Julie was the only one working when we were there and she did a great job multi tasking and helping others, too. She did a great job making sure everyone was taken care of. She made everyone feel welcome and was very attentive and focused on everyones needs. She was patient and helped us pick out the best glasses based on face/style for my mom. My mom loves her glasses. I enjoyed my experience at this LensCrafters. As a new wearer of glasses, I did not know what to expect but the staff was very friendly and helpful. They walked me through the whole process in all the detail I asked for. (I am very detail oriented so I know I gave them quite a job to do.) Yes, the lenses are pricey here. Depending. They have a selection of "classic frames" that are not made by any particular designer. Those frames are much more affordable but they are not as fashionable. At the same time, that classics selection is the only selection I have seen at other optical places such as Sam's Club. I went ahead and spent the money on more trendy frames. They looked better on me and the employees reminded me that I didn't have to buy new frames every year. Just lenses if my prescription changes. If your prescription is simple, they can get your glasses done in an hour. My sunglasses took 2 but that is because they had to dip the tint. The tech took the time to explain to me why. My husband's prescription is much greater and his lenses are thicker so they had to send his in. But they were in the store within a week exactly as promised. The reason I only gave 4 stars is the doctor herself. My glaucoma puff test came back with results that my left eye may have a bit too much pressure. The doctor wanted to numb my eye and poke it with a needle. (I'm paraphrasing, the classic glaucoma test.) I was surprised she jumped right to this solution instead of doing the puff test again. I insisted she re-do the puff test instead of this much more invasive procedure. She re-tested with the puff and it came back normal the second time. read more

Horrific service with a condescending "acting" manager. After stressing concerns about the "lack of" service, a series of problems occurred. It can only be recognized as retaliation. Corporate Regional did not return concerned calls, this is why boutique after retail boutiques are closing. I would have had better service from a computer. read more

Let's see why this joint deserves the one star I'm forced to give it in order to leave a review... OK, the location is convenient, and we were able to schedule an eye appointment pretty quick. Now I know why...this place sucks. I took my daughter to this location at Partridge Creek in Clinton Twp and we are regretting it ever since. We waited close to four weeks for her trial pair of contacts, and when I complained they lied and said the contacts had been here but they hadn't been able to reach me (despite me asking them to verify the phone number they'd been calling, and it was correct). Beyond that, their selection of frames is woefully slim and the professionalism you would expect is non-existent. Never again. read more

Where do I begin...I received a letter in the mail stating it was time to make an appointment for my yearly eye exam. I called and asked when my appointment was last year and when I would be eligible for my insurance benefits for this year. They confirmed and gave me an appointment for 1/18/19. Today I went in for my appointment and AFTER my appointment was over, only then do they decide to tell me that I was not eligible for my insurance benefits until after the 29th! The salesperson Katherine told me that she called me the day before to tell me this information, however I have NO voicemail or NO record of a call from LensCrafters (Partridge Creek). I was not even told when I checked in for my appointment today until after it was over and services were already provided. I was then required to pay for my exam out of pocket when my insurance would have covered it 11 days later! I even took a day off work to come into this appointment. I am upset because when I originally called to make this appointment I specifically asked when I was eligible and they gave me this date. I understand mistakes happen but they were unwilling to work with me or even admit they messed up. I had to pay $90 out of pocket and take a day off work for something that would have been covered by insurance 11 days later. I have been going to this LensCrafters (Partridge Creek) for several years, but after this I would never go back and would deter anyone else from going there. read more
