I also want to shout out the front desk staff. They have been super nice and helpful. Original: Office staff were very friendly and helpful. I saw Dr. Robert Feldman. Although I felt he did a good job with the exam, the entire second half of my appointment felt extremely rushed. I specifically came here because I have had issues with my glasses prescription. When I asked if we could discuss my glasses, after he said we were done, he seemed very annoyed. He did take a look however, but his annoyance continued and he made me feel very rushed and unwelcome to ask questions. This is extremely upsetting considering I looked at many reviews and had this place recommended based on a community Facebook page. I am leaving with questions and concerns that were not addressed and will now need to come back because he already was gone immediately after my appointment ended.

Anywhere else I've ever gone they take the extra 10 minutes to see if they have samples in stock and if they do then they just do the fitment of the contact lens the same day. I asked one of the ladies at the front desk and they said he would have checked if they had in stock.. but I told them I don't think he wanted to even check... it turns out they did have the samples in stock so they let me take the samples but he needed to look at my eyes again with the contacts before he could give the prescription.. so they said they would ask if he could take a few minutes to do the "fitting" and he said no now I need to go back tomorrow for a 15 minute check so he can look at my eyes.. (when I was there anyway but didn't want to see if they had my prescription in stock) when he originally told me he'd call me back for the fitment when the trials came in in 7 days... he didn't even want to try.. and wants you to come back for 3 appts total before the prescription is issued. Stay away, lesson learned for us.

I have been going to Primary eye care for over 15 years for exams and glasses. I have been very…read moresatisfied with their professionalism. I recently had to have an adjustment of my frames. The adjustment was done and out I walked. Sometime later my wife told me that I had an indentation on each side of my head where the arms of the frames went. My glasses kept slipping and they were very uncomfortable. I went back for another adjustment and Michelle was working. Bottom line. The previous "adjustment" damaged the frame and Michelle replaced the frame and fit them perfectly to my head. I will keep going there but will make sure Michelle is working when I go. Unfortunately, this has been one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had with any business. Within one year, my lenses have cracked three separate times -- always in the same spot and always within 1-2 months of getting them replaced. I have never dropped or damaged my glasses. This has never happened to me before, and I usually keep my lenses for 3-4 years without issues. When I went back to the store to address the problem, the manager was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping me understand why this keeps happening or offering a real solution (like checking or replacing the frame), he told me there was nothing more they could do and that after this remake, I'd be "on my own." When I said I might dispute the transaction since I wasn't getting the service I paid for, he told me to leave the store and sarcastically said, "good luck with the dispute." It was humiliating to be treated that way, especially in front of my wife and kids. I paid over $600 for what I thought would be quality lenses and customer service -- and instead, I left feeling disrespected and disappointed. I've always supported local businesses, but I cannot recommend Fraser Optical after this experience. Quality products mean nothing if the management doesn't stand behind them or treat customers with basic respect.

I was told I had to pay for the exam to come back in to have my glasses adjusted to the right lens and I had to pay for the adjustments. They didn't do it right the first time and I'm suppose to pay for their mistake. Don't go there. I spent $800 on 2 pair of glasses and this is how they treat their customers when they mess up. I finally broke down and purchased dental/vision coverage via BCBS. I was so happy that the employee's here helped me navigate how to use my vision coverage. Insurance of any kind these days can be so confusing! I had an eye exam, a pair of clear lens glasses and sunglasses all together at a cost of $667.00 - pretty good considering all that I received. I loved the selection of frames. The employees, Sue & Maryan, were so patient and helpful when I tried on pair after pair of frames. I was shocked to discover that both my sunglasses and my clear lens glasses would be available for me to pick up four hours after I ordered them. I live close by so I came back in four hours and sure enough they were ready and fit perfectly. Very pleased and will return for more fun frames next year.
