When we moved here from California, my boyfriend no longer had insurance. His glasses were worn out, scratched up, and one of the nose pads broke. It started to hurt him a lot. My boyfriend is color blind and night blind. Wearing his glasses was painful, and strained his eyes. After settling in, we decided to go in early December. The price for a screening was not too bad. They gave us a discount on his glasses. There was a promotion for $69 on glasses. We got a pretty good deal. One of the workers did an amazing job. She helped him look for all the glasses that were part of the $69. He decided to stop using the metal ones because of the nose pads always hurting him. We finally got down to two pairs after looking for what felt like forever. Once we chose one, she put them aside and had us sit with another lady. They were patient and understanding. They gave us options for what my boyfriend needed. We got Trivex for him and scratch resistantbecause he works with computers and also does landscaping (they can fall off easily). They even compared prices for different deals. They had other promotions and sales on the website. The lady went through and calculated everything to give us the cheapest deal. The eye doctor was really nice and patient. He realized that my boyfriend's prescription was way too strong, which is why his eyes were being strained. He also noted that the small scratches on his lenses were making it too difficult to see anything. His glasses were not non glare as well. He was quick too. My boyfriend looks much younger and happier with his new glasses. He is able to see close up when it comes to reading or computers. The non glare feature helps when he drives day or night. I would like to give zero for them! I did a glasses last year in September, I pay for anti scratch lenses. Well my lenses are scratch now. Today I did an appointment there, so they did help in nothing. They told that the lenses are not cover if you don't buy a new frame. So, they are so dishonest. Nobody told it last September 2020. I paid for each service that they offered, and now I now that nothing has warrant. Vision works for me doesn't work anymore! read more

bought a pair of glasses there October 17, 2023 went there yesterday February 27. My lenses have marks on them that I cannot get rid of them stopped in there to ask about that the girl did not even pick up my glasses to look at them said if they had scratches in them they couldn't do anything if I wanted to buy new lenses it was 300 and some bucks I paid 300 and some bucks for my glasses. Why would I just put lenses in them this is the first time I have never ever written a review and I'm 70 years old vision works. Went here last week because I needed an eye exam and contacts. Samantha worked all day with me prior to my appointment on trying to figure out my insurance and coverage. When I got there the exam was quick and Samantha calculated the cost and numbers a few different ways based on my insurance to see how I could save the most money. She was fantastic! THIS IS THE WORST PLACE TO GET GLASSES RUDE AND UNKIND TO ME!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I came here today and i was seen by Ester moon she was needlessly rude with me I came in to get contacts before my eye insurance runs out and they wouldnt let me get a pair of contacts without taking some class to put them in I have been wearing contacts for over 10 years and they were giving me a hard time over a class so of course they charged me for the exam now i wont have glasses. I just couldnt believe they wouldnt give me anything today just to get me by im using reading glasses i got a walmart. The best place to get your eye exam done. All of them were very friendly and customer service was excellent. I had appointment and I went early and they did the exam. I've been going to a couple different optometrists over the last 15 years, and I thought I was receiving exceptional service until I came here. Since my optometrist is a 30 minute drive, I decided to try one much closer to home. I went online to check out the Visionworks Hall Rd location, and realized it was so easy to schedule an appointment, I did just that. What did I have to lose? I scheduled an appt with Dr. Greg Livingston...having no idea what to expect. I've been back a second time, and have already sent two friends to this location. I'll simplify this review by saying he makes you feel totally comfortable, and he is very good at what he does. He's very fast and efficient, but you never feel rushed. Is that possible? He's very confident with wear to take the patient's vision, what to try, and what not to try when it comes to dialing in your prescription. The support staff is very friendly, and I've walked out of here twice without feeling the high-pressure upsell job. If six stars were possible, this location would receive it! read more
