The phone staff is awesome, especially Addison. Thank god there is no automated system...this is where Urban Optics goes above and beyond. The contact fitting went super well (once again thanks to Hunter) and I'm loving the dailies Dr. McClain picked out. There are no hidden costs here -- everything is upfront and clear. I never felt as if I was being price gouged. I even got a $3,000 eye drop prescription for $0 (thanks to the doc and my insurance). I'm happy to call this place my favorite optometry practice! Then I was ushered into the pre exam room by a very capable young man, Hunter, who administered all of the pre-examination screenings. Very efficient, friendly and knowledgeable young lad! They accommodated us despite not having an appointment, and patiently looked up our insurance info because we changed insurance providers. We're normally used to getting the Oakley brand, but they don't carry the brand. They do have a huge selection of choices and name brands for both men and females. My son and I chose this our glasses and we didn't have to pay for anything because the VSP insurance is awesome. I definitely recommend coming here. This place is located in the Post Oak Mall across the Casa Olé Mexican restaurant. The parking lot is huge so you shouldn't have any problems.

8.29.24 Picking up my new glasses…read more I came in and picked up my 3 new pairs of glasses. 2 prescription sunglasses - 1 Rayban and the other DKNY and some regular glasses I use for night driving. I am one of those people who actually uses the glass cases and the cleaning cloth. The Rayban pair came with a nice case but the DKNY pair did not. I was a little disappointed in that. They said they do not even send them any. That's lame. All in all, good service. So far I am very happy with all my glasses. I would recommend them.
