The staff treats these type of customers like a Red Headed step child, They refused to even open the box that was delivered to them. seemed to want to have nothing to do with me, even though they are suppose to help these customers ! went back to get my PD, to confirm it was correct on my glasses. They refused, sent me away with with their negative attirude of now wanting to help a customer. Went to Walmart Opticalled the they were more they friendly, did the measurement for me even though they had nothing to do with my order ! Go to Walmart Optical ! I came in today to pick up my glasses after being notified it was ready. The manager started looking for, and decided to stop looking, started helping another customer, not telling me anything, and when I asked where was my glasses, she replied "I need to check your account. It's says is ready, but are not here. Will be a minute " . Wtf? My is already paid, so doesn't matter anymore? You looking to get more new business? This was a joke. Rude, and terrible customer service. I been using then for many years. I'm not sure if I would ever purchase anything else here. Would definitely not recommend this place. Once you pay, you not worth it anymore. I'm waiting here for over 45 minutes. Just to pick up my glasses after. No need to measure or check anything. Just pick up. Ridiculous. read more

Initial visit on 2/17 went well at first until I went to pick up the three pairs of glasses (bifocal transition lenses) and turns out the Store Market Manager Laury measured my eye height incorrectly and I couldn't read without looking straight down to the tip of my nose. She didn't even inform me that I could choose between different widths of transitions. She just picked for me. Hell why not... I only spent $1,400 out of pocket. Matthew helped me on 2/29 with correcting the issues (height & width of transitions). It is beyond me why she is the Manager. She clearly doesn't know what she is doing, costing the company money and the customer time. Why would they not hire for that position from within? Matthew was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and absolutely knows what he is doing. I will update with photos and more when I pick up the corrected glasses in a few weeks. 7/16 update Went back a few times times to get things fixed correctly. One time I walked in and Laury was there and when she saw me she didn't say a word called up to Matthew and I could hear her say "I'm not helping her you need to." She proceeded to speak Spanish to a shorter blond girl. Matthew did amazing as always. I was out of town for several months and my daughter was in town and went with me to pick a pair up and drop off two others for corrections. She, the manager Laury was there again. She ignored us which is fine by me and Matthew was responsive and came to help right away. While in the store my daughter sat and watched while the "MANAGER" looked me up and down and spoke in Spanish with the short blonde woman while giving me ugly looks non stop. It didn't come to an end until she realized my daughter was watching her. She must not have like getting treated the way she treated me because after this she went to the back grabbed her purse and left. Now to 7/16... I picked up the last two pairs that were corrected and now I have all 3 pairs. Unfortunately, for customers and for that store, Matthew has moved. I will say I'm happy for him because working in that toxic environment can't be fun. I will be contacting corporate AGAIN to voice my opinion and experience. Do yourself a favor and go to the LensCrafters in Estero and bypass this store while she is still there. I will make the trip now that the one employee that gave a damn about customer is no longer there read more

My wife and I had an appointment for routine eye exams. The staff was friendly, professional and saw us at our exact scheduled time. The exam was thorough and the doctor explained everything in layman's terms. We will definitely return for future exams. read more

Great selection of frames. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. I didn't have my new prescription but the girl called my doctor and had them fax it over. Which I appreciated or it would have been a trip back to Cape Coral before I could get the new eyeglasses ordered. The glasses took a week but I was aware of this when I placed the order. I choose to have a special coating to help when looking at computer screens, iPhones etc., plus antiglare on the sunglasses. Upon return to pick up the glasses the employee took his time to make sure they fitted properly. I've used this store before and am very happy with the products and customer service. I just wish eyeglasses cost less! read more

Ugh. I went in here try on glasses as I need a new pair. I understand they close at 7. But with work, I didn't get there until 6:15. Ellen approached me after a few minutes to tell me they were closing soon and could she help me. I told her I was looking for glasses and just wanted to try some on. At 6:35 her associate came over to tell me he was sorry but they were closing. I told him thanks and just left. I get they were closing at 7, the entire mall closes at 7. I just wanted to try on glasses. But with 25 minutes left I get pushed out the door? Yikes. Won't be back. read more

I've never had a bad experiance with Lenscrafters and I've been a customer for years. This year I bought contacts and new glasses and was happy with my purchase but 2 months in using my glasses and they were peeling. I was upset because I got defective lens. So I went back to the store to get new ones. In the end I not only did not get new lens they wanted to charge me $200 plus tax for a new pair and stated if I would have gotten the protection it would have been free. So disappointed with this office. They send me frequent solicitations to come in and have my eyes examined. When I finally schedule an appointment I request Dr. Sanchez, for whom I have great respect. They assured me my appointment would be with Dr. Sanchez. Of course when I get here- "Oh no ma'am, he's not here today, you can't possibly be seen by him- no apology for their miscommunication, just, "We can reschedule you 10 days out." No thanks. Mine came in a week ; two weeks later I call to see if my husband's glasses came in, Rosco answered and asked me for my husbands name and to hold while he checked. He NEVER came back to the phone!!! I held for 15 minutes before hanging up I called back and Sharon answered. She said Rosco was busy; I said it was a Yes or No answer and didn't appreciate being on hold for 15 + minutes. Sharon stated the glasses still were not in and I said it's been over two weeks can you find out when they are coming in. Sharon stated QUOTE: "you are not the only one waiting for glasses and I do not know when they will be in since we are outsourcing our lab and today our lab requested we send them the frame from the store for your husbands glasses and we just sent them. I said it took over two weeks for your lab to figure out they didn't have the frames and now were getting a USED frame and paying FULL price. She again said your not the only one waiting for glasses. I told her to call me back ASAP and let me know an ETA for the glasses. Magically....The store manager called me and said the glass were READY for pick up in their store. I went in and CANCELLED the entire order including mine and went BACK to Eyeglass World where I had been going for 15+ years....and we received TWO pairs of glasses for the BOTH of us in ONE WEEK You had your chance LensCrafters and you BLEW it BIG TIME!!
