My doctor here is Dr. Penn Tran and he's always helpful and caring. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else for my exams or glasses. They have a wide selection to choose from as well as good brands or budget options. I splurged on myself last time and I'll definitely be keeping these glasses for a while. I always make my appointment months in advance as well, I recommend making an appointment as they can get busy. Staff is always nice and the office always looks in pristine condition. Even their very popular ones! That makes it difficult to run in, find an item or two, pay, and run out when you need to. That is a total garbage model and time waster for smaller busier families. Not everybody has the luxury of shopping with Mrs. Daisy and make a visit to Costco a wonderful family outing and be forced to explore shop, and encounter new products while looking common popular items. Secondly, on my last two trips here, the store was either out one or more of my favorite staple Costco items OR no one knows where they are at. The employees frankly come off spooked when asked where an item is. That's how bad it is. In my most recent visit, I was told by an employee that Costco no longer does premade pizzas anymore! Haha! In the past 2 months I have called 3 times to check for appts and check my eligibility, 3 times I was put on hold for over 10 minutes then was given some excuse about why they couldn't schedule or check . This last time the staff member asked me for all of my information as if she was going to check for benefits and placed me on hold for 10 minutes. After 10 minutes she picked up and asked me all of my information again and then proceeded to tell me I have to call back because she's busy. Why not just tell me that the first time she answered? Also their frames are outdated i feel like they never get new frames in. The fact that they are right around the corner from my house kept me coming here but after this last interaction I will not be coming back here.

This location is by appointment only so I called and spoke with (I believe) Mariano who told me to come on down but he did caution me that most metal frames are repairable while plastic ones are not (my Oakley frames are plastic). My heart kind of sank at this point as my new job that requires daily driving started in a little over three hours. When I arrived and showed him the glasses, I told him about the predicament I was in and he said he would do his best. There was hope for my glasses as the plastic was not damaged or broken, only the wiring was snapped (and largely missing). Mariano did not have the replacement wiring in store but he managed to use wiring from an in-office sample frame to effect the repair.
