We rented a bunch of LED furniture from Opus. The booking process was easy and they were very…read moreresponsive and easy to book. Even when I added extra furniture the week of they were super accommodating which I appreciated -- but there were a few hiccups along the way. The day before we were given a delivery window - they showed up about 2 hours early, and I was not home yet to meet them. Not knowing anything about what I needed my husband told them to put everything in our backyard. I came home to a stack of high top chairs about 12-14feet high and plastic wrapped. I know this is how they travel, but it would have been nice if they were left in more realistic stacks. Even on a stepping stool I wasn't tall enough to get them unwrapped and down. Then when night came about 2-3 pieces weren't lighting up. I called the next day (the day of the event) and thankfully they were able to send a friend who was coming this way out to replace the pieces. She was super helpful and lovely. As frustrated as I was that pieces weren't working, this extra effort really helped. But then after the party the following Monday the delivery crew again showed up hours early. They didn't even let us know they were there, they just let themselves into our yard took the furniture and left. Had they come when scheduled and let me know they were here I had tip money for them! While I appreciate them not asking for the tip I don't think they should just silently take the furniture. I had a heart attack when I saw it was gone and then had to check the cameras to confirm it wasn't stolen. Also what if our dogs were in the yard? Next time, definitely let people know you're there! Also knocking off one more star because by 10 pm (and the furniture was turned on at about 5:50) 3 more pieces had died and were no longer lighting up including one of the pieces that was replaced that morning. I'm glad the party was full so no one really noticed, but since I paid for light up furniture it was disappointing to have so many issues with it .

First of all it doesn't matter where the reception took place ( family's house) . My wife was not happy with the set up. You guys didnt even take the freedom to stop by and evaluate the venue after a down-payment was made. You guys knew that the existing house-porch was 10 feet tall why wouldn't you flush that with your tent ( if you would have evaluated the venue then you probably would have prepared yourself for it). Thank God it didnt rain or the tent you guys put would have been there only for show. If you look at the picture , all the rain would have ran on our guests . The event started at 5:30pm by 8 there was no water . The light in the restroom did not work, it was installed inside and it was solar light (Do you charge those before or how do you know it will stay up all night). You also came unprepared and took/lost some pliers that my uncle let you borrow. You could have made this better but decided to give us bad customer service. Trust me man I am not someone that complains but it was my wedding , one in a life time event .

I searched through many Yelp pages in the 626 and fortunately stumbled upon Tania's Party Rentals. All their rave reviews are much deserved. I cannot thank them enough for helping me make the planning process of my wedding go smoothly. Overall they were communicative, affordable, and accommodating. Despite the event being on a busy Super Bowl Sunday, Tania was able to help me secure enough tables, chairs, a huge canopy, and a bar station to accommodate my 180 guests. Most importantly, they were able to help me set up the Saturday prior to the event (a task other vendors have been unable to do due to lack of resources). In addition, they had a wonderful assortment of table linens to choose from so I was able to pick red tablecloths and gold accent runners to fit my Chinese tea ceremony color palette. Planning a wedding on your own is stressful enough so I am so grateful to Tania and her team for going above and beyond from start to finish to help lessen the stress. I started calling around, and some places were trying to charge me around $2800 for a 20x50 clear tent. When I asked for a better price, they kept trying to push me toward a white tent instead. I finally called Olympus, and I was so thankful I did. The team was understanding, reasonably priced, and didn't make me feel like they were trying to take advantage of the situation. When the crew showed up, they were all very nice and got everything set up quickly. Pickup was also easy and smooth. I posted a picture so you can see what the clear tent looked like at night. We just removed a few bulbs so it wouldn't be too bright, and it ended up looking really nice. After calling a lot of places, I definitely recommend checking them out.
