Armando was so, so sweet, helpful, and clearly very experienced! The turnaround time was also incredibly fast. I believe he said he could have them ready in one day (no extra fee), which is almost unheard of for designer shoes. The place I used to go to would take at least a week and wasn't nearly as friendly or welcoming. I've only brought my Chanel flats here so far, but I'll definitely be bringing my Louboutins in the future. He even showed me examples of Louboutins he had worked on, and they looked amazing! He was very clear that this is a process that takes time, but was confident also that we won't be seeing any pests in six months with consistent service. My quote to HomeShield was only requested a few days ago, and they were able to come by quickly to help put our minds at ease. At only $55/month I think it's a great deal, and he let us know they can come out again before our next appointment at no additional cost if we see anything crawling around.
