This is an update on my last review on this company. Today, we called them at 5pm again, (for the 4th time) to help us with a clogged toilet/ shower, Albert turned up (1.5 hours late) at 8:00pm and hydrojetted my bathroom pipe and then pumped out our septic tank for a total of $1075. We asked them if they could give us a loyal customer discount, the woman, Albert's partner, flat out refused and was NOT nice about it either. When we told our neighbors how much they charged us for hyrojetting and pumping out 1 septic tank, they told us they had definitely over charged us by at least $300. To be completely honest, I feel like a fool for keeping hiring these people and letting them over charge us time and time again. I'm writing this review now, so you will not make the same mistake we did. We thought customer loyalty means something to this company, and apparently the only thing that matters is just money and greed. They just saw us as easy going, gullible people, to take advantage of. They will rip you off EVERY TIME, doesn't matter how many times you've hired them. By the way, the lady knows nothing about customer service. However, I was quoted $375.00 to unclog a drain, and that is very expensive. I found someone who did it for $120.00 and they showed up within the hour. I'm not saying that this is a bad service, but if you're on a budget, you might find their services to be costly. Update: (After receiving a text and message from the company on my personal number and on yelp) I have read your response to my review, and even received the text that was sent to my personal phone number. I didn't appreciate the text I received to my personal number, especially after commenting on how I had originally found your response to be professional. Texting my personal number to complain about my review and messaging me on yelp telling me "what the hell" is very unprofessional. I was tempted to change my review to one star because of that, but I stand by my first review of my interaction with your business. I'm sure your services are amazing, but you didn't offer me any affordable options. You also didn't give me any options of selecting a service for my problem. I understand that you offer "hydro jet pipe cleaning with warranty and camera service" but is all of that necessary for a simple clog? The answer is "no", what you wanted to charge me for is overkill. You also complained to me that you even responded "on a Sunday" but you advertise the hours of service to be "24 hours" so your complaint to me about replying to a customer on a Sunday is irrelevant. If you want to act as if you were doing something extra for me because it's a Sunday, then perhaps don't advertise your services under the 24 hour moniker. I sought out this company's service because I was in the process of installing a new toilet and I have an older house that doesn't have a sewer clean out so, it was difficult to determine where the drain pipes where approximately. He used his camera to trace the locations of chamber 2, a distribution box, and two seepage pits. All of these locations had to be excavated, pumped, and risers installed for all openings. We initially called Flush Right for a septic tank inspection. We discovered that the entire 60-year-old system needed replacing. Over the course of several weeks, Albert and crew were out everyday to work on the system. This was no easy task as it involved a backhoe, cement truck and lots of manual labor. Since it was mid-summer, all the work was done in 100+- degree heat. Fortunately, everyone was willing to come out in the late afternoon and work til midnight until the job was completed. Definitely outside their normal scope but they handled it with no problem. We had a flood from an clogged drain that left water soaking the carpet in the main hallway carpet of our condo complex. The drain was opened by another team but they didn't clean up the water.
