They misdiagnosed the problem with my refrigerator, which ultimately caused a water leak onto my floor, leaving me to deal with the resulting damage and expense. If they don't have the proper equipment or ability to complete a job correctly, they should not be accepting service calls--especially through a home warranty company. My compressor fans motor burnt out during a heat wave. I called over 4 companies that offered quick response times & same day service. Eugene was the only repair man to call, text, email me right away & without an operating service doing the calls for them. Eugene also provided fair pricing in advance or arriving to my home. After the appointment, Eugene contacted me to upgrade the motor as he said he found a better match at no cost, he said this was the exact motor the unit used.
