Work was extremely overpriced and unprofessional with tape that was drooping on my heat shielding on my exhaust pipe at pick up and hanging wires I had to secure myself. Within a couple of days of picking it up, I had various electrical lights flashing I had never seen before. I called Carpenter's who offered to install MORE issues for more money. I brought it to the dealership who offered extremely pricey diagnostics and repairs worth more than what the vehicle was worth that would have just "undone Carpenter's damage". Contacted Carpenter's Campers management on this issue, they stone walled me and would not compromise for their damages without proof from dealership. All this with less than a week before my move across the country. I tried to contact a lawyer on short notice but ended up selling my previously perfectly drivable vehicle, with overpriced, DAMAGING work from Carpenter's Campers because I had to move, and I could not move this car safely cross country. Do not trust this dealership. They will damage your property with no shame.

I contacted 2 Gauge Marine the same afternoon and they had the head part we needed and they told us we could bring our boat there the same day. When we arrived they immediately came outside and quickly and efficiently replaced the part for us at no change other than the part charge and even gave us 4 small rubber gaskets for the trolling motor mounts. This puts added pressure on the RV's hydraulic brakes. I called the InvisiBrake's manufacturer, Roadmaster Inc, for assistance. They gave us the name of Humphrey's to have it checked. I called them and they got us in as soon as we arrived. They were able to troubleshoot and repair the problem (blown fuse and a wire that came loose) for a very reasonable charge. We were back on the road in about 3 hours, which included the mechanic's 1 hour lunch break. These folks were very friendly, knew what they were doing, and got the job done quickly and for a good price. I would definitely check with Humphrey's for your hitch & trailer needs in the Pensacola area.

I spoke with this guy for about 5 minutes, trying to extract some information out of him as to the differences between Cynergy trailers and Diamond Cargo. He gave me a price that was $300 more than the Diamond Cargo trailer but with fewer add-ons. I was just about to tell him it was probably worth it to go ahead and order from him when he cut me off, told me he didn't care anything about Diamond Cargo, and if I wanted to order a Cynergy trailer to let him know.
