    I been using this storage for out my things there. Last time I went there I found rat in my storage unit. It was so disgusting. I also went by today in the morning. I noticed there was rat feces and urine on the mattress. Also blankets too. There was dead mice on floor corner. I went office and told them the worker came clean it to take mice dead body and didn't say anything or do anything about it. I am so disappointed and I will be going in again to the office and talk to the manager Francis. I also looked other reviews about mice problems. That is so awful she can't do anything and why heck we are paying much and stupid insurance even they won't cove anything. I'm also planning to clean out my unit and never going do storage there ever again. Everyone else need do their storage somewhere else better.

The manager, Julia, and staff members Juan and Bianca, are personable, professional, and very attentive to both the customers' needs and continual facility upkeep. The storage facility is always very competitively priced relative to other nearby alternative storage facilities, and consistently, clean, well-maintained, and secure. A couple of weeks ago, all my cards, credit and debit were stolen and I had to get all of them replaced which if it's ever happened to you takes some time. I finally receive my cards and then proceed to call Frontier Storage to pay my bill. This of course included a $10 late fee. Julia who I spoke to just refused to waive the $10 fee despite my explanation of the circumstances. Her response was "well it's clearly stated in your contract- any late bills include a 10 dollar late fee." You mean the contract I signed over 2 years ago? And what about a bit of empathy and kindness for a customer that has been paying regularly for 2 years without a single issue. I get it's a business as I too am a business owner but here's a newsflash, you are still dealing with people. The lesson here is, a bit of kindness and understanding goes a long way. You treat people right, they will stay or continue to come back. So needless to say, we will be moving our business elsewhere. By the way, I guess she's not very good at math. I paid the $10 but she'll be losing out on $1008 in revenue instead! I hope the actual owner of this business reads this review and effectively makes some changes and teaches Julia about this thing called customer service. Stay away! Pay a bit more elsewhere where customer service matters.

    We had a great experience with Peninsula Pack and Move. This was a challenging move with a…read moredifficult house to move out of and into, and the crew handled it professionally from start to finish. The team worked efficiently and packed the truck expertly--everything was secure, and nothing was broken or damaged, which really speaks to their care and experience. Toward the end of the move things did slow down a bit, but we were also coming up on nearly seven straight hours of work, so that was completely understandable. By the end, most of the large furniture items were placed inside the house as requested, and the majority of the boxes were left neatly in the garage, which will make unpacking fairly manageable. Overall, great service, strong work ethic, and a crew that clearly knows what they're doing. I would absolutely recommend Peninsula Pack and Move, especially for more complex moves.

I moved from an apartment to a furnished home only 15 minutes away. I supplied approximately $200 in moving materials, yet the move still took 7 hours and cost $1,200 (Paid Zelle to avoid another 5% added). In total, my move today (pictured here) was $1400, two boxes of kitchen supplies(as I again, am moving into a furnished home), my clothes, and my daughters room belongings. Two men = 14 hours of labor for this? The math is just not mathing for me. Billing also began before any actual moving started, which added to my frustration- they parked on the wrong street at said "arrival" time on paper. I move an average of 1-2 per year and I have never had service take this long nor be this expensive. I would not hire these movers simply because you can find people to give you a great service and work very efficiently.

    It's taken me awhile to write this review. While the crew was nice and did a great job, MAKE SURE…read moreYOU SEE THE "not to exceed" clause BEFORE the job begins. Also, make sure they do not charge you for "yard to yard" mileage as they did to me. There is a "double drive time" law which states they can only charge from current place to new location, times two. I was charged for their drive, from Morgan Hill to Union City, and back to Morgan Hill. I was charged over $2500 and 9.5 hours, approx an hour plus, of driving they were not supposed to charge for. The "not to exceed" agreement was presented to me at the end of the move which they filled in as not to exceed $3200. I was charged for gas. I was charged $60 for shrink wrap. 2 of the 4 guys used my bathroom at the old place and the new place, #2 both times. Sorta uncomfortable!! On one hand you gotta go you gotta go, but really? at the NEW house? I moved 2 months later, and paid under $900 before tip, received all paperwork BEFOREHAND, DO YOUR HOMEWORK with these guys if you decide to proceed with them. They ripped me off hundreds of $$.
