The place is inside the hotel. I'm not sure how parking works. The bartender is also the server. Very knowledgeable about all the beers on draft and in a can or bottle. Has great recommendations for beer. In fact loves talking about beer which was a pleasant surprise. The burgers are made with a blend of meats and I ordered medium rare cuz I hate when it comes out like a hockey puck and sure enough it actually came out with pink in it it was super juicy and flavorful. I have been to a lot of hotels and many times the bar/restaurant is not much. I was staying at the Holiday Inn and I was Watford an associate to meet up with me. I headed down to the bar to see what they had for food and drink. I was happy to find a nice selection of IPAs. I also looked at Yelp to see if there was any reviews of the food. Many of the reviews said that their burgers were above average. The menu isn't really big but what they do, they do well. The Breakfast Burger was really good and I would recommend it to anyone that likes an egg on a burger. They use a good mix of meat in their burger and the garlic sauce that they use is just right. It's a tasty burger and the selection of beer was a nice surprise. read more

However just as I finished eating a big dropped down in the bar I front of me (see photo). I said something but no one seemed concerned. I left and will not return. First of all, for a hotel burger, this was absolutely an amazing choice. It was probably the best hotel restaurant food I have ever experienced. That being said - for the price of the burger and the grade of the beef, there are a number of better experiences close by (considering cost vs quality). I wish I could this a 3.5* opposed to a 3*. Keep in mind that my experience was for carry-out. The Lone Star burger (onion ring, bacon and BBQ) was a Red Robin (burger style) meets Walrus late-night burger (similar quality). Great size, crunchy onion ring and well-seasoned fries and you won't leave feeling the Red Robin sodium bloating afterwards. The beef tasted a little lower in quality, but really no complaints on my end. For $12, I would claim the overall rating to be average. Lastly, Daniel was super nice when taking my order and the restaurant space seems rather large. I would say if you're staying the hotel or just don't want to be around a ton of people, then definitely swing by this place. Would have loved to try this place! It looked abandoned. I asked the front desk if they were open and they assured me that they were. There were no other guests in the restaurant. We walked back in and a man came or from the back and apologized and said he was the only one there tonight. He brought us waters and let us look at the menus. We waited about 15 minutes for him to come back but he never did. We did see another employee come out to buss a table but never saw anyone else come back out. I am not a fan of hotel restaurants, but it was pouring down rain so we stayed for breakfast. The manager and the server both tried to convince us to order the buffet, but after looking at it, with the food looking old and not appealing, we ordered from the menu. I had eggs over easy, bacon and a bagel. My husband had scrambled eggs, sausage and a bagel. Both of the meals came out hot and fresh and the bagel was toasted well. I waited a while to place my order, got a water to drink. Didn't receive it for like 10 minutes. Placed my food order for a medium burger, didn't get asked what side I would like. Was given fries when the food arrived. The burger I ordered had tomato on it, but I didn't request this. The meat looked like it was cooked the right way, but it tasted like it had been sitting for 10 minutes. Fries tasted the same, like they had made it 10 or 15 minutes ago, and it was just sitting, waiting for me to receive it. Never received a refill on my water either. The wait staff wasn't nearby when I wanted to bring it to their attention, and frankly, I had waited a long time for my food to arrive. Didn't have time to wait for another. I don't recommend this place for a quick hot lunch. If you're into lukewarm burgers and cold fries, though, have at it. When you're name is "Burger Theory", you'd expect something awesome, or at the very least, theoretically awesome? The staff was friendly, but either spread thin or just not attentive. read more

I've been there four times, and I think it's been three times too many. Once was for happy hour. Three of the times were for lunch. I have never had a smooth experience during lunch. Either my burger's overcooked, missing toppings, or just plain greasy. The fries are soggy. Whenever I order something extra, it's always forgotten. And today, I ordered a drink and had to ask for it after my food showed up. The waitress tries, but she's not fast, nor is she ever going to be. It was raining, so I decided to eat in the hotel restaurant. I was actually impressed with their food. I designed my own veggie burger with their special sauce, goat cheese, and a fried egg. We stayed at the Holiday Inn that Burger Theory was attached to. The bar tender was nice and quick, and the brownie sundae we had was very good. We had breakfast the following morning here too. The waitstaff was terribly inattentive, the kitchen got our orders wrong, and we had to flag our waitress down to get our check (as did the other customers I noticed around us). Waited 20 minutes o be seated in a nearly empty restaurant. Once seated it was another 20 minutes until we saw a waiter, asked him to take our order and he acted like it wasn't his job. Terrible service with unjustly high prices for the mediocre food. We ate here as Holiday Inn guests. It was convenient to have a family friendly restaurant within the hotel. However, service was very slow, we barely saw our server, one item on our order was forgotten, and when our bill finally came it was incorrect and we had to wait a long time to have it corrected.
