I brought in a white dress I wore at my wedding reception two years ago that was stained badly with makeup and fake tanner. It had been a year before I realized the staining and then another few months before I could take it in. I tried taking it to another cleaner in Newport who said it would cost $750 to clean and they weren't even sure they could get the stains out. I left and came here and they were able to get EVERY set in stain out for ~$35. My jaw dropped when I saw how clean it was - they made a badly stained dress look brand new. I just took my bridal shower dress out of the plastic bag that it was sent home in and found several damages to my dress. At first look, I could see that the waist of the dress was quite smaller than it normally is. Then upon further review, I noticed several white stitches on the inside lining of my dress which led me to look at the outside of my dress. I then noticed that one of the sashes was clearly ripped during the cleaning process and they decided to do a very poor and unauthorized stitching job to pretend that they did not damage my dress. You can see the difference in stitching between what the original stitching looked like and what they did to cover up the damage. They stitched so deeply that it went through to the inside lining of the dress and make the waist tighter because of it. As if that wasn't enough, there are stains down the side of the dress as shown in the photo as well. When I was talking to the employee, he was already nervous that one of my other dresses had a "loose string" thus being afraid that they'd damage it in the process. It appears that their cleaning process is ineffective and can easily damage people's clothing. Overall, would never recommend this place to anyone. read more

I've been using this dry cleaner for a while now and they've been excellent. I use them for both my personal items and my rental property (sheets, pillows etc). They're always on time with my orders, and I love their modern text messaging system that keeps me updated. Recently, I left my AirPods in a jacket pocket. When I picked up my cleaning, they had carefully bagged them and clipped them to my clothes. I have a prom dress that I want to keep. I don't keep a lot of clothes, but I wanted to save my prom dress as a memory. Part of it had ripped, and the dress is also super sparkly so there is no way I could put it in the washer. I took it here and they were able to fix the ripped parts and did a great dry cleaning. It was ready in less than a week, and the price was just right. I feel like a lot of places overcharge nowadays. Then again I also used their first time customer discount that I saw on their website. I used them exactly once a couple of months ago. When picking up the laundered shirts (about 10-12) the owner/manager informed me that two were ruined because they had holes. I remembered no holes in them prior to cleaning but the gentleman was polite and offered 50% off the whole bill. Fine, I thought, okay, this is a one-time thing. I brought the rest of the shirts home. Fast forward to now. I brought one of the shirts (not worn since that cleaning) with me on a business trip and realised with horror as I was putting it on that it has been SHRUNK substantially, to the point that I couldn't button it!!!
