    Leo's Frittata

Who doesn't love breakfast all day. This is comfort diner food with a little bit of everything on the menu. I opted for Leo's frittata and it was good. The service was quick and friendly.

While traveling Wisconsin. I decided to stop for a quick lunch and found myself at Leo's Diner. I was pleasantly surprised and found the experience to be an enjoyable lunch. The restaurant was clean and service started off a little shaky. The coffee was served without creamer on the table, I had to ask. I ordered a patty melt. It was served with soup and fries. I was going to order the Reuben but they were out of sauerkraut. Decided on the patty melt instead. The service was initially slow but improved as time went on. The food was flavorful and served hot. The fries were good and not full of French fry dregs. The prices were and offered great value. When I consider everything, the slow service, and not having sauerkraut, and the food generally being about average, I can only give 3 stars. However, when in the area by the Appleton Airport again, will try stop by.

Very nice and clean diner. Food was very good and there were a lot of choices in the menu. We'll definitely be back

Got the farmhouse frittata with French toast... tastes great and reminds me of my favorite egg foo young and egg roll

Ok diner. Cute place but poor ventilation. You can smell the grease as you walk in. Food was average.

Food was average. Server was nice but distracted by her family here. They serve Mexican and American food. If you share they charge $1. Usually don't mind paying but it is a diner. Would not come back.

We love Leo's. Best breakfast. Omelettes and crepes are awesome. Generous portions. I always have some to bring home.

Waitress came up & I ordered coffee, water & a custom skillet, green peppers, onions, sausage, cheese, over hashbrowns, eggs over easy & an english muffin. After a short wait, food came out, as I was mixing it all together I noticed that there was very little sausage pieces & no cheese. I waved the waitress over & shared with her that there was barely any sausage & no cheese & the english muffin was hard as a rock, couldn't even bend it! She said that she could get me more sausage & that the cheese was under the eggs, me not being stupid as I'm from a Wisconsin farm & know what melted cheese looks like & there was no CHEESE! She also said that the muffin was toasted thats why its hard? Then I took a few bites of the skillet & the hashbrowns were not done, but hard\raw, when I pointed that out to the waitress she said I offered to get you a new one & I said no you didn't, you said that you could get me more sausage which I declined & she said why didn't you say something before & said that I hadn't taken a bite when I mentioned that there wasn't much sausage in the skillet? No refund, rude as eff staff, don't treat a local like crap, cause a small diner like yours won't around long with that kinda of horrible serivce!!!

Crispy with big chunks of bacon and bleu cheese. Also had their house made sausage Tuesday special. Very yummy with garlic and sun-dried tomatoes right in the middle. If you need GF options they have em. Didn't have room for dessert but the selections sounded divine. Was a very comfy cozy atmosphere. Not loud and obnoxious where you can't hear your table mates. Seemed like the parking lot was fuller than the crowd let on but found out many folks were attending a show at the PAC so probably walked from there. I will take every future opportunity to go back to this place. Mwah!

One of our party forgot his ID and although everyone, including the waiter, agreed he was clearly of age, it's a house rule apparently that ID must be present. No big deal. Rest of our drinks arrive and we let him have a sip to try because the cocktails were decent. The waiter saw and screamed at him before waddling away to tattle on us to the manager. The other staff stared in horror but also in a way that said this wasn't the first time this guy lost it. Even the manager looked so embarrassed he had to deal with it. Manager started to say he would let us stay when the waiter screamed no and yanked our card from us. It was so pathetic watching a grown man in his 40s throw a huge tantrum. Manager intervened by taking the card away from the waiter and comped everything we had ordered while the waiter was pouting and sulking next to him. We suspect the waiter was homophobic because the reaction was so absurd and unnecessary that it has to be either homophobia and/or a mental health problem. Our friends swear their city is lovely but also acknowledge what happened could have been hate-motivated and they're sad that this just reinforced what many people think about small town Wisconsin. We went to a nearby establishment where we were treated like humans (and they served us clearly upper 30s men without having to check our IDs). On the plus side, we tip very well and are glad this waiter is not going home with an extra $100. Hopefully this restaurant knows what they need to do with this unstable staff member for the safety and comfort of their diners and other staff.
