I went in to ask if they could replace the band on my watch. The owner said he could do it, but explained that he would need to manually cut the band because my watch required a specific size. I went into Elegante to have a couple repairs done on my jewelry, which was completed at a very reasonable cost. During my pickup I spoke with Gabriel about some other work i would like to have done. He explained to me how he could customize exactly what I was describing. I was reluctant because I was told by other jewelers that it couldn't be done. I thought on it for a while and decided to take a chance. I took in my wedding set and my anniversary ring, and he explained in detail how he would take the anniversary band and change the setting to wrap my wedding set with out taking away from my original ring. Every step of the creation he sent me photos and kept me in the loop. It took a little while, but it was amazing what he did with the two different rings bringing them together.
